The Nigerian state only understands violence. Ken saro wiwa tried to make them see reason why his region needs to be developed.... He ended up with the hang Man

Ojukwu tried to use intellectual activism but it ended in war

Nnamdi kanu tried to use intellectual activism, he ended up in Kuje prison
There are many more examples but I guess we are familiar with these...

The NDA is the way to go to bring reason to the Niger delta question....
Give them a fair share of what is derived from their land... How they spend it is up to them.
For those saying Crush them! Crush them! By the time ur June salary isn't paid and no hope of it being paid you would be forced to come on your knees to beg them to please stop the bombings.
It's obvious their tactic is crude... But since we have a crude president then it's all good.
God bless your fingers.

The truth about the current situation is that things will never change until we change our mentality. I could remember the rate at which some fools are praising NDA for the bombing of oil installations. what I know is that government will never fold her arms and allow things to degenerate totally. Its fire for fire. Boko Haram issue is small thing compare to what will happen in Niger Delta. And it will be too bad for the region to go beyond repair. Let's join hands together to save this country. NDA are just after their own benefit, people like tompolo, asari etals know where their bread is being buttered. I know that some fools will still quote me but u can't stop the truth.
Not everyone that doesn't agree with you is a fool.
NB: Not everyone would agree with you.

when all this madness will stop in Nigeria, BokoHaram yestaday, Millitat Avenger today, Herdsman tomorrow. what is next, I think it is the high time for government to look inward how to solve this problem, again it is right time for leaders in the region to rise up against this barbaric acts. there is Yoruba adage who say: tick is killing itself, and think is killing dog, if dog die what happen to tick, few militant are destroying their fatherland, unleashed hardship on their own people thinking their killing the nation, truly Nigerians will suffer but the region will suffer more consequence of this Menes.

You ursef don't care abt d oil producing communities... Can u explain why a state like Borno/Zamfara/etc don't contribute any revenue(kobo) to fed purse but dey receive 10th largest monthly allocation(borno)huh injustice abihuh So hw will u blame dis militants... We should stop deceiving oursef...do u know hw much has left ND bettering d lifes of other Naijas pls ND should respected and pampered..Mr Sherifat came with muscles to muscle everything without thinking, check out d 2016 budget hw many important project was accruel to d region...huh
Before u keep blowing steam on unfounded anger. I believe u are only referring to the last state allocation from fg. Well, borno got a lot of allocation because fg is trying to rebuild what the bh war has destroyed as well as cater to IDPs. Ordinarily, the niger delta states receive the highest allocation based on 13% derivation

But lets even assume u are right, how does blowing up pipeline increase allocation to ND? I mean, after driving away all the investment in the region, how do they expect to get the allocation or infrastructure or development?? Where will the money to fund NDDC or Ministry of Nigerdelta or amnesty come from?? Be rational, violence solves nothing!

This present government administration should leave that region alone..most of South South resources are been controlled by those northerns including PTI Effuru where most Deltans are left with little or no hope...that's a slap on WE Deltans and I don't blame those NDA... You deprived them of their Amnesty Schemes and let me no chance of a better future, tell me why wouldn't they go back to the greekhuh See even when a General was on sit as the President (Obasanjo) and despite deploying troop to ND, the case of eradicating them never reduces so this one won't make a different. We are all watching where it ends but you won't stop people's benefits and gratitude and expect them to smile at you...it's never done. I stand with my PEOPLE for a better DELTAN (SOUTH SOUTH), and I believe in their dream. I LOVE HAPPY ENDING!!! And I love to witness that day when DELTAN will be left alone to utilize their resources all by themselves.

Keep calm, the oil in Lagos is enough to run Nigeria and it belongs to the north so no need to panic. grin

All the government has to do is, give them - zero allocation/ scrap the niger delta ministry- scrap NDDC and give them the same allocation Osun state is collecting- its called, pay what you earn- limit clean up to ogoni, since it has started and forget the rest* if hunger kills their grand parents, since the water is contaminated, land is polluted, then, they would go and learn how to work* lazy bunch of people, in fact- maybe they would grow a brain, at least chicken size...

Smart way to go..... blow up pipelines and contaminate your land.... contaminate your foods and potable waters..... bring ill health and death to your own people .... while claiming you are fighting for them. Blind leading the blind.

Simply because we have a Northerner as a President.

He has crushed Boko Haram and I trust him to do the same to these fools.
You're a FOOLISH FOOL! Do you think Crushing NDA is going to be easy?? don't think this is 1967 or 2013 where they could block Biafran soldiers and Book Haram militants easily ! Waging war in them could make Nigeria divide like Korea. And division of Nigeria isn't going to favour everybody especially these Northern Baboons! All you guys know how to do is to EAT, EAT, EAT SHIT AND BE STUPID! Because you need South to survive! Hungry people!

I want to believe a lot of segment of the economy contributes to the total revenue... my question is that while using oil money to go rebuild north.... what is our biz with you people killing yourselves.. what is boki Harman clamouring for... what are their pains... the should state it out like NDA stated theirs. this dullard president Should better henceforth use agriculture money to rebuild boron and the likes.

Do you think if there is confrontational war there in ND, that there govt would be able to lift a drop of oil from the region. The way the country will split ehn, It will be like voodoo. The line was drawn during the elections. Think my friend, even our military will be split as generals take sides, plus tribal affiliations and personal interest. Chaos is a ladder

The best bet would've been restructuring Nigeria. The North must bend.
