Shredded beef,shreddded chicken , green ,yellow aand red pepper, carrots , shredded as the beef and chicken, spring. Onion finely chopped . Cook. Shredded beef with spice (maggi salt paprika, onion, garlic, ginger , mince spice ) cook for five minutes then add the shredded chicken . Cook till almost tender. Add grean peas., sweet corn and other vegetables , add soya soyce , oyster soyce . Mix up some corn flour with water for thickening, add as desired, hope this helps

I think tomatoes are now entering the market small small. I bought fifty naira worth of tomatoes to fry egg and it was ok. I pray everything comes back to normal.

Woke up this morning and I was like "phuck it", ain't going to work today. Called my team leader, told her to cover down and just went back to sleep. Felt good being a dirtbag for once.
