Yes, Pap, Tea,Yam and Okro.... I get to throw up when I take Pap(Akamu) and Tea. Yam doesn't digest in my system, I tend to get bloated stomach and this cause severe Belching.

That is not an allergy

sometimes legumes such as beans and the likes gives me serious constipations, it really puffs up my stomach like a pregnant woman and it feels like its gonna burst anytime.

Seriously allergic to yoghurt. Ended up in the hospital last time I drank it. My throat constricted and I couldn't talk, my eyes swollen like I was punched, kept sneezing and my head itched. Wasn't funny. Had black eye for days.

People from other continents often come down with mild to severe allergic reactions to certain foods. Do Africans/Nigerians have such allergic reactions to foods? I don't know anyone who is allergic to any food among my relatives. In my opinion, I think it is rare. Do you have any food allergies?

My little niece can't eat any other milk apart from 123 milk else her stomach will ache her for days. What would you call that if not allergy??

That's not true! Its ignorance that makes one think and say so. I've seen many cases but the parents or individual will term it something else like e be like say something bite me or Na spiritual attack.
