I've asked many times elsewhere and on this forum how yorubas hold the key in the realisation of Biafra and no one seems to have an answer.Yes,yorubas betrayed their struggle in the past,so as the Ijaws (what they love to hear) but why have the Ijaws been forgiven so quickly despite their role also in the battle?

Lets all pray the SW produces enough Oil so other states of Nigeria visit Abuja once a month to share proceeds from oil in the SW irrespective of environmental degradation that is bound to follow oil exploration in SW.

Note: Bayelsa State is d smallest state in the south south by population and second to the last by landmass!!

Are you aware that Osun, Ekiti, Edo and Oyo produces cocoa which serves as the major revenue for the whole Nigeria before the discovery of Oil in the 60s.

Even with the total neglect of agricultural sector nothing less than 3 states are self-sufficient in SW. Through multiplier effect, Sea ports, Airports, Eko Atlantic Project, Dangote Refineries in Ibeju Lekki, presence of multi-national companies including banks in SW etc balance will be brought to other states that are deficient.

Now tell me, which place/jobs are available in your erosion-affected hamlet will harbor those fugitive and vagabond akpu-eating flat heads occupying every nooks and cranny of SW/SS/NE/NW whose origins?

There is a maseive difference between oil reserve and oil production.
Most of the oil reserves in much of Igboland have been marked as strstegic reserves.

Abia state alone has more oil than the rest of Yorubaland.
Anambra has more oil than the rest of Yorubaland.
Imo has more oil than the rest of Yorubaland.

Please also note that much of the oil in Ondo is in Ijaw territory.

Let's consider gas. Anambra has more gas than any state in Nigeria followed by Imo state, but as of today, Bayelsa produces more gas than both Igbo states combined. Rivers state produces more gas than both Igbo states combined. Bear in mind that Anambra gas reserves are more than the gas reserves of both Rivers and Bayelsa states combined.

The Nigerian government that have always been anti-Igbo have made sure not to encourage, nor approve policies that will lead to exploitation of oil and gas in the 5 core Igbo states.

But I am sure once an Igbo president emerges in Nigeria or the nation of Biiafrra is established, all the reserves of Igboland will be opened up for investment.

Gen Agunyi Ironsi set the foundation for the destruction of regional federalism in Nigeria. if not for his love for total control and domination (The disease of an average Igbo man), Niger delta would have be enjoying 50% resource control today. When Isaac Adaka Boro wanted to form Ijaw Nation Republic in 1966 it was Igbo Head of State Gen Agunyi Ironsi that fought him with a 12 day war.

In the same vein, there is no difference between the Igbo, Yoruba and Hausa as far as I am concerned. To me, these are three major tribe struggling and fighting for Superiority. Whenever any of the three is loosing, it will result to shouting marginalization.

During Jonathan government, the Igbos were gaining and were in control and were happy. The Yoruba were losing and were shouting marginalization. The hausa/fulani were not happy because they were not fully in control. For the North we can slightly understand because in the 16years of democracy (May 1999 to May 2015) the south ruled 13.3years while the North had just 2.7years

Therefore, Igbo don't love south South-South more than the Hausa or Yoruba. All the three tribe are all struggling for the control of South-South oil. None of the three is better than the other as far as I am concern. Tribe has never been the problem of Nigeria: it is leadership which cuts across every ethnicity.

Lastly, please be informed that it is a taboo for any village not to talk of city to exist in Yorubaland without any stranger: that is why we are more accommodating and peaceful.
