I don't agree with that. I have been to almost all the states in Nigeria, what I noticed is that 75% of the land mass are stil untappedl forest. Why can't people move to those places and developed those places? Instead of been jampacked on a small piece of land

who will provide them with fund to build on those places... besides, they can't just move into any untapped forest without consulting the owners or the government
