My sponsor transferred from her second account( salary account) to the new account with her old surname.
My plan is to get a statement of account showing the transfer of the 900k from the second account to the other account and resend payslips,employment letter and include office ID. Must i provide 6 months statement of account for the second account too?

Boss, its normal for them to ask for clarifications, so no cause for alarm. Just follow Olabode's advice. Get the other bank statement and include a Letter explaining everything.

Didn't send her salary account cos i didn't use it. Saw no need to. Yeah,i did send the salary slips n employment letter. Might just resend both and include slip for May too.

I think He should have included the statement for the salary account if the money was transferred from the salary account to the second account. They will want check where the money came from.

She can't be denied based on that. She's not telling you the whole story. A lot of people use uncles with different surnames and get their permits.

Depends on your bank. My bank did but that shouldn't be any problem since it's genuine. They hardly do, though.

Secondly, the tuition stuff won't affect this incoming set.

Thirdly, you'll only need the customer number if you want to communicate with the embassy or send your passport when requested.
