What do you mean by glorified secondary school.?.
Gone are those days when the northern states are considered lowbrow states.. Goto Bayero University Kano and see standared plus quality education
Northern governors keep sending their citizens abroad to bring back quality knowledge and education, keep deceiving yourself you hear.. if you have a youth corper friend posted to Kano please call him and he will tell you Kano is far from what you might think.
Gombe State University was a new institution which set standards during academic recruitment..
