What she doesn't know is that even if Fayose retracts or in the event he refuses and she heads to court, Nigerians will still believe she has skeletons in her wardrobe and that perhaps explains why she avoids going to US like plague. Some may see it as unnecessary but going there would test these belief and would put everything to rest.

How is it Aisha Buhari's business to prove that what Fayose alleged is FALSE?

The Constitution says "The burden of proof lies on he who alleges (Fayose).

Whenever Fayose's immunity lapses, he would have to defend all his careless utterances and criminal actions.
For now, he cant be charged to court or sued in any form. He can only be investigated and the file "kept" for future prosecution.
That is Section 38 of the Nigerian Constitution.

The fact still remains that someone collected $170k from Senator Jefferson, and the name given was Aisha Buhari.
Whatever Fayose said was not forged, he merely brought our attention to the details of the case,which the whole Nigerian media could not detect,because the norm is copy and paste journalism and not investigative journalism.
I still find it hard to believe that none of our media houses has taken out time to verify the claims,even after the ripples it has generated in the nation.
