Same thing happened to me i omitted my university code on my call-up number and applied then i had to call them to tell them she said i should wait till next week before we can start editing any error

i applied on the 12th, somebody said that early birds had been dissolved.. pls hw true is this? should i reapply...urgent pls

You are not entirely correct. I successfully registered on the very first day and got my reference number as well. However as their site crashed and they started the portal.npower.gov.ng ish, I re-registered again and it was successful but I didn't get success mail from them. So I called their line, the lady on the other side of the line adviced that I should re-register all over again on this their new site even though I had successfully registered and gotten ref number. So I re-registered again and it was successfully submitted, but this time after showing me success page; it took me to another page for uploading documents in which I successfully uploaded my documents and finalized my application submission. So this time the success page says they will contact me in 72 hours.
I hope you understand my point

hmmm...just applied again, but this time their npower health has been filled up and was not coming. i'm a graduate of public health, needed to function there but i had to take up creative for applying sake...no message sent to me too, form couldnt direct me where to print...just vexing and tired

Health filled up?
You won't receive any message immediately. I guessed u saw registration confirmation page saying u'll get a message in 72hours.
There's no need for printing also.

load my passport, CV,and result after filling the
rest information in the first place as a result of the cyber cafe generator break-down. The cafe has to close for biz. Now that i did not fill the 2nd part, what will i do tomorrow 25/06/2016

None of your files for upload should exceed 1OMB or else it wont upload.
