Bro, you forget to ask for a personal assistant that will help write your proficiency test and represent you on the interview date..

Your type will only succeed in making embassies tighten laws for real prospective students by making them buy expensive dollar first b4 Visa will be granted.

You need a school that you will "use" to get visa and escape, why not keep that to yourself and do your home work besides the VO's will obviously outsmart your type.

Best of luck in your race
Your assumption is wrong man, read carefully before commenting, I am not a block head that haven't been reading threads and testimonies about how to answer question asked by the VO, and if i am not mistaking this forum act as a medium to get information quicker only if the right person for the question sees it, its better to get schools that has worked for someone than roaming round Google, I am gonna search google anyway for schools and thanks to good information I got here already now I am confident that legitimate bank statement I could have a chance to get a visa, all that happened because I left my shell and ask questions, so don't judge me man you know practically nothing about my personality or my goal.. as for the proficiency test some school don't demand for it because it is meant for non English speaking country I have done some relative search on that.... thanks for the information anyway

Schools may tell you that to give you an I20, in some cases when you get to the school you will have to show proof of proficiency even if your country's language is officially English (esp. Africans). if you do not have that, you might have to take mandatory 6 months of ESL, which is complacent to money wasted and time chewing. Some schools may require you to take English placement tests, to determine if you are college level proficient in English. "If" you do not pass that, you are going to have to take foundation English classes, which would not count in your gpa, also money wasted. So it would be good if you do take an English test, saves you money and stress of writing placement tests. Getting the Visa is not always everything, you may hear a different story when you come to the US.

if you continue like this it won't be good because you claimed to have search online but yet you cant search online to know how to register for toefl or link to register for toefl which is wrong.

There are some things we human should know which is thinking because he gave you a school site and you should know and think that toefl also have a site to register as well even people can register you as an agency.

I am sure when you applied to Troy you didn't read their requirement at all you went ahead and apply because if you do, you will see the link to toefl website..

Also all the schools he gave to you asked for toefl or ielts expect one or two but it's unfortunate you didn't read about Troy requirement and you went ahead to apply there..

My brother I will tell you don't be angry or feel somehow when you get some kind of comic or funny response, it's a logic for you to be serious and reason very well because when you get to a tight corner and no one is there to help then it's your level and ability to think fast that will help and save you..

I won't be surprise if you ask another funny question again and those who claimed that they are once like you didn't asked this type of funny questions like you if we are to check their history here..

Plz I just finished my degree in Business Administration in 2015 ending but anything result is not yet out. And I know VO would ask what i've been doing after 2002/my SSCE.. I could either tell him I've been working in my father's company since and/or let him know I went for a degree. Another case is that I got admitted into management Information systems into a college for 2 yrs associate degree.
Right now, it s not In My thought to include the degree I have in Nigeria. Plz advise aadeyi, Fadi...and any experienced person.

Bro relax and take things easy I asked and that's my way of gathering resources that does not mean I can't make research online, if you have anything positive to add to my comment you are welcome but if you don't have just scroll pass and save your data, at least while you advanced me to google earlier someone helped with list of school which I went for troy and for your information I read through the requirements TEOFL wasn't mandatory as the 6 required documents demanded by the school, but that young man adviced me to go for it anyway to save me time & money wastage, and that's optional.... so please don't see my style of gathering information as a sign of foolishness and dumbness, thanks for your concern sir

Brother if I get you very well, you finished BSc and you are trying to run to community college? Equivalent polytechnic?

My Advise: why not wait for your results to be out, take qualifying tests and then apply for a graduate study. This will give u a better chance of securing your visa, spend less in studying in the US and also save you some years.

Writing a standardized test may not be mandatory for the school, but it doesn't stop at just getting the admission, how about getting your F-1, it's very rare for a VO to give you visa without having a test score.
Nobody here is forcing you to write it, but for your own good.
Abi you want stow-away after you don get your i-20

Normally schools don't ask deposit but when they have had bad experiences from immigrants pretending to be students, they learn to prevent such situation from happening again.
