I better try this diamond bank. It seems noone has said anything negative about their service since this thread started .

Honestly, I don't even no y you're wasting your valuable time with a bank that's LAST in everything...Customer care, ATM Services, online banking etc. Their name is truly ironical to what they really are.

You just have to try UNION BANK .There internet/online banking transaction is second to none.My brother in long beach California does most of his transfer from LA to us here in Nigeria and no issue what so ever so far.

I don't know abt their verve card (bcoz I dont use it), But I can assure u that if u walk into any branch of GTB to ask abt verve or any other card that's obtainable from Nigerian banks, GTB will will definitely not disappoint u. You'll walk out fulfilled. Despite my busy schedule, I'm taking out time to type this bcoz I always luv to recommend sth that's good.. FOR ME....GTB ALL D WAY!

the problem now is about the "token" i dont just quite understand it, i heard they charges 3000 for it.

Please which bank is best at online banking in Nigeria? I will use it mainly for online transfers within Nigeria and occasionally ourside Nigeria.

All you will ever get here is a mass of messages with each one telling you the best just because the user banks with the mentioned bank.

I think my friend in Mexico uses his Diamond app to send money to his account. Would I say the good app is the best? How can I say it's the best when I have yet to use all the banking apps in Nigeria?

i want to open an account with gtbank. i dont knw if they issue their master card to everybody once you open an account with them. i went to firstbank and requested for their master card but i was not given, they gave some reasons that, they have been mandated to stop issuing their master card anyhow unless to some selected VIP..chai!!!!

Union Bank is the best cos of its soft token. You don't have to move around with your token, it will be install right in your phone. Its operation is seamless, fast and effective. My transactions have never failed. And you can process western union and money gram through the platform.

For me fcmb, u don't even need a physical token. They use mobile token. It's user friendly

I need the "CONCLUSION or ANSWER" to this thread too..between GTB, firstbank DIAMOND and STANBIC...RELIABILITY and pound (1st) then dollar exchange rate being the watchword....like For diamond, sHare for GTB, quote for STANBIC. Reply with just a Full stop "." for firstbank.........

Like no one here has had that great experience with FCMB internet banking like me. I rate them far higher than the over-hyped GT bank cos I use both actively. UBA is both obsolete and fraudulent!

Diamond Bank by a long pole. Ease of use and registration. As said in their advert, their mobile app is the sweetest way to bank. I can't seem to do a day without it..its next to my bible

Wetin concern Union Bank with mobile banking? A Bank with 1980s mindset? As for Diamond Bank they don't appear in many ATM transfer option except Mobile Apps. So how can one rate them high? Give me GTB, or give me frustrations...

the token helps to control the secret info connected to your acct. Your token will only be peculiar to your account. though I don't know the charge for the token

I am not defending GTB but based on my experience while on my studies for Msc, First bank charges is the worst.
