When a religion approved lying on 3 conditions:

1) When fighting an enemy

2) When trying to make reconciliation between fellow Muslims (not non-muslims)

3) When you wanna make your wife happy,

If you, as an infidel, are not a member of the ummah, you are a political opponent in a Muslim-dominated country like Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Egypt, Sudan, Iran, etc and you are a fair game any day and any time.

And if you once belong to the ummah and you decided to abandon the umma, you are also a fair game because apostasy, or switching allegiance is punishable by death in Islam.
