I went for antenatal on Tuesday, complained of contractions and the doctors decided to keep me for two days. I saw lots of new babies. Every hour there's a new delivery(at a maternal centre). It gets one so emotional.
Oh I can't wait!

The good news here is overwhelming.

Teach us your grand mothers method, we may find it very useful.
Bath set is necessary. You can use one bath set for all your kids. Am still using same bath for my 4th baby, I ve just had to replace the bucket and big bowl. I just like the big bath so I can put baby inside it with enough water and she can play with the water and toys for sometime.

not against you giving out the prenatal but you still need it till after your six weeks appointment or even till after breastfeeding. That's why it's boldly written before,during and after pregnancy. I was prescribed and given six weeks supply after delivery.

Hello Ma, There is no side effect at all as long as You are up to the task. I took in when my Son was 9 months and I breastfed till a Year and two months when He started to walk and We are all doing great.

Sorry mama Hafofems, for me it is that rubbish Nitrofurantoin, the side effects are crazy which includes nausea and feeling generally unwell. the first time i used it years ago was terrible as i finished the whole course of treatment but was really ill, didn't realize it was the drug until much later. I was given like 2 weeks ago again to treat UTI but dumped it after the 2nd does cos i became ill again.

kindly discuss with your doc to give u a substitute for it. it is well with you.

That nitrofuranton drug is a terrible one. I took it and had to be taken to the emergency section of the hospital in the midnight by DH. Had severe heartburn and my oesophageal lining was torn causing me to vomit blood. Lots of pregnant women are sensitive to it. I googled and saw that lots of people have had terrible experiences with it

Mitchyy if the preg max is not causing you discomfort I'd say finish it! Your baby will still benefit from it via breast milk. I finished mine after delivery then switched to the pregnacare breastfeeding! Kisses to Hansel .
