I feel mine was spiritual though, dunno undecided

Some I get are normal, like I'm already in the shower, dressing up and then I realize I'm still in my bed, hehe.

Others, I feel only Jesus can break angry
that is called "day dreaming"

Sleep paralysis has a lot to do with the chemistry of the brain. It usually occurs when the Melatonin in the brain is very high which aids us in remaining in very deep relaxed state, inducing sleep. While, at the same time, the cortisol levels in the brain is also high enough to hinder us from easily falling asleep.
Then REM atonia sets in to disable the stimulation of motor neurons so that the body will not be acting out what we are dreaming. The brainwave pattern may be predominantly at the deep theta level.

To pull out of sleep paralysis, simply concentrate on moving a single big toe. Or try rubbing the fingers and thumbs of each hand together, taking a couple of deep breaths, then stretching and moving the body slightly.
When sleep paralysis occurs, one is unable to move any part of the body. The body acts against one's will and you'll realise you can't even move a muscle.
How then does one concentrate on moving one big toe or try rubbing the fingers and thumb together?

How to avoid it: For me I don't sleep while facing up i.e. looking towards the ceiling. Now even in my subconscious I know am not supposed to be facing upwards. I dunno but it just works.

For those experiencing it more frequently, you should try this.

When u concentrate on moving one big toe, u use ur imagination initially until u break the state of mind and not will power. Sleep paralysis occurs when the brainwave is predominantly theta or in deep alpha states where imagination works best.
In essence, by concentrating on moving one big toe, u are helping ur brain to change the ratio of melatonin levels in it.

Re: That Moment When You Wake Up And You Can't Move, It's Not An Attack by Nobody: 5:04pm On Jul 03, 2016
@ Godwin88,
During the normal process of sleeping, REM atonia sets in to disable the stimulation of motor neurons so that the body cannot move when we are dreaming. We are normally not conscious when this happens.
It is when the levels of melatonin and cortisol are both high in the brain that we are aware of our inability to. move.
So to break out from the trance state, we concentrate on moving a small part of our body. This actually begins to stimulate the motor neurons that has been disabled. And we begin to feel movement there and then to all parts of the body.
U don't have to use force or willpower.
