Nowadays I find it difficult to go to church. The zeal of going to church is almost gone. Sometimes I force myself to go to church. I don't want to believe I'm backsliding because I still believe God exists and also believe that Jesus is truly His begotten son. How can I overcome the new challenge I'm facing? |

emerged01:Does this mean the church is not adding any value to you spiritually? Or probably you lose more than you gain? All possible. With the kind of churches we have nowadays, I'd say you limit your attendance to once a weak to avoid getting overwhelmed and also get rid of some extra church responsibilities. |

ikorodureporta:I love to belong to charity group. I went a village somewhere in west,i couldn't believe what I saw. Uplifting the less privileged should be one of the responsibilities of church but to my knowledge churches have failed in that aspect. |

2timothy 4:5, But watch thou in all things endeour affliction s, do the work of evangelist , make full prove of thy ministry. Note: Paul told him to preach the gospel , and forget about the custom of men. and to be ready to withness for God whenever the opportunities we don't need to look at any sec um stances while doing the work of God. for it may course backsliding. how long should we go to church only to here the Gospel , we ought to do the work after learning , in order to correct others , we must not be, bench wormers throughout our life time |
