Twitter did what was good for twitter. They are not ready to provide their platform as a medium for terrorism.

That NDA would make a point in reaction to it is irrelevant to twitter as long as it wasn't with the aid of their platform.

Do you understand the logic now? Do you now appreciate the responsibility borne by a corporate entity as regards the use of their services to aid terrorism?

13% derivation would now amount to so little when little volume of crude is sold by operators producing in Delta State.

When nothing is sold at all, then 13% of zero amounts to zero.
