We have the Ali Modu Sheriff and the Markafi faction and both of them have diffrent candidates with large supporters.



Let assume according to the court rulling the Sheriff faction win atlast, The Markafi faction will rather betray the Sheriff faction by voting against them rather than supporting them so as to punish them and the case will be the other way incase it's vise versa..
