You are abusing him because he is embittered about the way our commonwealth was looted for selfish gains? The man in question stole for himself and his family and you dont even belong to his family, so i wonder what and how you are gonna get rewarded for taking sides with a criminal. Some deluded proponents argue that the fight against corruption is one-sided, ok lets even accept that it is going just after the PDP faithful, were you expecting otherwise? OR were you expecting the fight to go after APC faithfuls? Did the APC have full access to government funds when they were in the opposition? When a common thief is caught in an area some of those who take sides with these government thieves will be the first to plank the common thief and even lynch him to death. But the government thieves we have here are even worst because they do nore damage to us more than the common thief. Imagine stealing monies meant to pay salaries? Or imagine someone who stole monies from pensioners who as geriatrics need more attention to their health and lives. Fayose has been yelling that Fayemi stole money, with his garrulous style of talking and politicking, he would have furnished us with evidence on the internet to prove the viability of his claim against his predecessor. Now if you have 10 armed robbers disturbing an area and then residents of that area got upset and paid monies to a local vigilante to help them improve the security condition, if those vigilantes sucessfully go after 4 out of 10 robbers, the security situation will improve. If GEJ went after criminals from past administration and fought corruption to a stand still we may never even be talking about having PMB as a president. So i blame him in totality because he goofed!! They say north rejected him because they are power drunken, so why did the southwest also reject him at the polls? Southwesterners are highly educated and they told themselves the bitter truth that the economy was crumbling under his watch. The revelations about monies stolen from the past administration is startling. How can someone in his right senses take sides with the likes of Dasuki, Metuh, Fani Kayode, Diezianni, Fayose, Obanikoro, Bafarawa, Dokpesi etc on Dasukigate. These guys were active government players. Do you know how many lives got lost because of their selfish acts? I mean both civilians and non-civilians populations. Imagine sending hungry soldiers to a battle field to with no bulllet proof vest, no helmets, no joint protector, no night vision google and with short range 800m shooting range AK 47 guns to fight insurgents with 1200m shooting range guns? Some of the monies PMB has recovered from them can't even be ploughed back into the economy readily because they have huge debts to settle. How on earth would the previous government justify the fact that they had oil selling above $100pb for 41 consecutive months but still borrowed funds and incurr more debts that we had earlier sucessfully gotten rid of.
Pdp is noisemaking party,Fayose alledged Fayemi of being corrupt, then the onus is on him to prove it beyond every reasonable doubt by providing overwhelming and undisputable evidence as Efcc did,but this party called pdp and their supporters are so daft and bereft of wisdom, they prefer making empty noise without evidence,i even doubt whether they understood what u wrote.

While Madueke is in the United Kingdom, Akanni -Aluko is said to be at large.

Justice Nyako struck out their names after the prosecution counsel, Mr. Rotimi Jacobs, SAN, made an application to that effect‎.

http://www.thisdaylive.com/index.php/2016/07/04/efcc-withdraws-charges-against-dieziani-akkani-aluko/?

It is typed in Black. I do not support this government but Nigeria. I support any step to make it better.

As you can see, it is the truth. Diezani's name was struck off because she is facing trial in England.

Re: Fayose Bought N1.35B Properties Under Six Months In Office, Says EFCC by Nobody: 10:35am On Jul 07, 2016
Some of us, of Ekiti extraction, who knows Fayose right from the beginning: his hay days at the park as a tout, his shoddy stint at Ibadan Polytechnic and the attendant OND/HND certificate drama, his first advent in Ekiti state house and his inglorious exit, his backdoor second advent, and his impending doom; cannot be moved by his antics.
That's why you would not see any Ekiti elites support Fayose. Most of the people singing his praises are either people of questionable character, or people who are innocently ignorant, or people who depend on politics for a living.
A true born Ekiti with intact integrity does not celebrate stealing , mediocrity, or sycophancy.
In the end, the true nature of Fayose would be exposed. And it would leave no one in doubt.
The clock is ticking. The time is fast approaching. The day of reckoning is here!
If the son of the next neighbor is stealing, does that make it unnecessary to chastise my own son for stealing? If it's proven, whether by witch-hunt, persecution or prosecution that Fayose has stolen, he must be made to face the wrath of the law .

There is no absolute immunity....

In light of the fact that Fayose's crimes are pre-election related, he can be tried NOW and jailed NOW, despite the immunity clause. Fact is that inspite of the same immunity clause, President Buhari was, until the case was recently withdrawn, undergoing trial for "Certificate" issue. Remenber? Also Gov. Ayade of Cross River was tried last year for Perjury in pre-election matter!!!

What we can deduce from the above two cases and the unbroken chain of judicial decisions on the inapplicability of immunity to election-related proceedings is that immunity does not cover proceedings which are rooted in infractions or actions taken during or before elections says Mr. Femi Falana (SAN)
You daftness is export quality. So Falani is now the constitution abi? It's people like you who believe the Mugabe quotes. Ode!

Read and damage ignorance. Was Fayemi in power when Buhari contested during the Presidential Primaries of the APC? How did he divert funds for Ekiti? PDP would shoot themselves in the leg because of propaganda. You guys have not recovered from your loss.

EFCC spooling stories since time memorial
The same way Diezani alison-madueke was the leading headline on all newspapers as pioneer for corruption and later charges dropped for no reason( I guess the judge got bored and wanted another form of entertainment ) so is the new one from EFCC.

I pity the gullible
ln the new Administration of Criminal Justice, if charge more than one person for any offence; all of them have to be in court at every sitting for defence. Since Diezanni is not available, efcc has to drop her charges so that the others would continue. If you don't have any bias agenda l hope this explanation answers your ignorance. God bless u!

Na wa ooo.

Before the illiterates start defending him.

The investigator revealed this under oath in a counter affidavit.

You can not cook 'cockk' and bull story under Oath.

1. EFCC did not call a press conference.

2. EFCC did not tweet it.

3. EFCC did not post on Facebook

4. It was read in court under oath to convince the court why the account must not be released since it contains stolen funds.

Even Fayose's lawyer quickly asked for adjournment when he heard the overwhelming allegations

So the new phrase paid for and promoted "Media Trial" is not applicable here.

If u must wail, wail with ur brain.

My friend wailers are paid to wail with their mouth not brain. The moment they start using their brains wailing would stop. This is the first rule. The second is: start wailing the moment you see news headlines, don't read the full story because you may be discouraged.

What is EFCC saying ?
The public have received enlightenment to the effect that all governors are taking between N500,000,000 to N700,000,000 from state money depending on the volume of allocations from federation account, in the name of security vote which they never account for it. There are nor state police for them to spend the money on, yet only the Federal Govt is responsible for National Security.
Multiply the least above into 6 months gives you N3b. and Ikiti state should fall among the least state . For one year the least Governor has N6b. from unaccounted security money alone.
By this Fayose has what the least governor can have for just three months.
EFCC , can you for once be holistic and total , and stop given opportunity of being accused of selective in your anti corruption fight.
