Aww..pls, nobody is answering my question oo

Please, can I completely change the sponsor of a refused Student Visa to a new sponsor in a new Student application without adding any document of the previous sponsor?

Can I do that without raising questions?
You can change your sponsor at anytime ,just try as much as possible to show ties between you and your current sponsor and u could also go further to pay part of ur fees and ur sponsor could make a commitment by putting a reasonable sum of money in your Acct and this should be explicitly stated on his Sponsorship letter and if possible and affidavit will be good too Dint forget that your sponsor has to state why he wants to sponsor you and d benefits he might get if possible ..it's only going to make ur app much more attracting bro d VO.

Embassy can only confirm if the account number is exist that is all No time

That's not entirely true, I know of a fellow that used a doctored First Bank for Australian study permit, the Australian embassy in SA wrote back, that checks showed the account name and number existed but transactions had been altered.
So embassy can request more than just name and number. I wil upload the letter from SA soon

hello EVERYONE.

God bless the founder of this platform and all the wonderful contributions.Pls note that your efforts are immensely appreciated.I have been through the various parts of this topic.Pls see my application infos below.i would appreciate ur insight

Academic docs:

1)WAEC certficate (i have only one original.is it realy necessary to notarize a photocopied one if thats what i choose to submit)
2)B.A french certificate (unilag has insisted they do not issue transcrpits to students. Should i mention this in my SOP or just hope this stamped certificate would fly)
3)NYSC certificate (i have only one original.is it realy necessary to notarize a photocopied one if thats what i choose to submit)
4) IT related certificate which now allows me to work as a Systems analyst for over 6 yrs now
4) acceptance letter from George brown college for PGD diploma in Business Systems analysis (exact profession i am into). This program last resumption date is sept. 12 2016.i know it is late but the schs deferment process is that one reapplies and waits in the pool with all other applicants til it reaches your turn again.from my research those that do so end up getting another letter much more later becos they attend to al backlogs before getting to u.I have decided to go along and apply now bearing in mind two tins a)having done my upfront medicals,i cud be lucky and get my trv before sept 12. b)if i get my trv after i can den reapply to the school and whenever my offer letter reaches me i wud be ready n wont ve to panic to apply for trv c) if i am refused,i address the refusal reasons in my next applicaton aganist jan session

Employment:

1)well detailed CV showing career IT progression of over 6yrs
2)I stopped working in AUGUST 2015 from a job that pays NGN528,000 monthly. In my SOP i stated that i used the time away from work to support my mum who was battling with cancer though we lost her after.I then stated that i allowed myself sometime to get myself together and i am now ready to return to work but i would like to increase my capacity before i do so which is why i want to upskill with this program.i want to attach an undramatic picture showng my dad and us 4 children looking remorse.like i said the picture is undramatic but it bears a solemn representation of our mood then. (please note that i did loose my mum to cancer but it was some years ago and am concerned they might request for a death certificate but i am trying to do this to ensure they believe my unemployment period between then august 2015 and now was voluntary and not due to no job prospects)
3)a future employment letter where my resumption date is 3rd of october, 2016 from a IT company stated that the particular project i am needed on starts in january 2017 but i would be required to resume on october 3rd.
4)Past credible reference letter from my managers in my last employment where i was paid NGN528,000 and a certificate of service from the company itself confirming i was with them for 4yrs. issued from HR in south africa with official contact details(the company was an intl. company)

• Please see SOA.XXXXXXXXXX from SCB showing purchase details of this bond investment in Statement no.32/Pg. no2
• Source of funds for bond is accumulated salary income from past employers.
• In SOA XXXXXXXXXX FROM SCB, please see salary credits received from Bleep (past employer) in 2015.

NGN700,000 was recently received from my husband XXXXXXX as contribution towards my study plans and another NGN500,0000 is the exact loan sum returned by my sister XXXXXXX (SAME MAIDEN NAME WIH MINE) from SOA xxxxxxxxx in SCB (please see SOA xxxxxxxxx statement no -/Page 2 showing the debit of this exact amount from my account to her named account on the 15th of may this 2016).

I would also like to mention that my husband is an Information Systems Auditor in a reputable bank known as XXXXXX Nigeria. He would be predominantly responsible for our 2year old daughter XXXXXX during my study period. My father XXXXX and siblings XXXXX, XXXXX and XXXXX (pictures attached) all reside in Nigeria as well. I would be eager to reunite with them all upon the completion of my studies and to pursue the exciting opportunities this up skill experience would position me towards.

Thank you so much for this great response, i will have a rethink about this.

yemdogg:

Bros why part-time professional program? I am not questioning your decision or judgment oh....going for a part-time program in Canada has so many disadvantages.

There are several colleges that offer it as a full-time program.

It's a bit late to apply for trv/study permit.... Cos as it is, it seems you haven't started gathering your trv/study permit documents and trust me it takes a while to comfortably gather such documents.

Buh if you insist on applying for trv/study permit now, you should start by gathering your financial documents and by financial documents I mean stuffs like; employment letter, ID Card, study leave, pay stubs, statement of account any other financial documents etc.

Are you using a sponsor? If so, tell your sponsor to gather the listed documents above and to write you a detailed sponsorship letter. You need to prove relationship with sponsor and in doing so you would need documents like; photocopy of the data page of his/her international passport, birth certificate, marriage certificate etc depending on your relationship with him/her.

Am guessing you would need a very detailed and convincing statement of purpose which will be addressed to the Visa Officer stating categorically why you're opting for a part-time professional program in HR in Canada and not your country of residence. I sincerely hope you're able to write a convincing statement of purpose in order not to be delayed on purpose of visit.

Part time programs generally take longer than full-time program.... Please do take your time to prepare a convincing sop. My emphasis is on CONVINCING STATEMENT OF PURPOSE.

Nothing is impossible....just take your time and submit your trv/study permit application.

My advice look for another school that offers HR as a full-time program... I'll give you a hint Conestoga college offers it full-time. Admission is relatively easy too. And you can even apply for winter 2017 and still have enough time to apply for trv/study permit.

Below are the disadvantages of studying part-time in Canada;

YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR A POST GRADUATION WORK PERMIT AFTER CONCLUSION OF YOUR PART-TIME PROGRAM IN CANADA.

YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO WORK WHILE STUDYING IN CANADA ON A PART-TIME BASIS.

So please think this through.

pls your opinion of the overall feel of this application would be appreciated. (i would like for someone to go thru my SOP.anyone willing to pls)

You need to keep your application simple.

I think it's a bit clumsy.

You have a nice profile but you seem to have complicated things.

You do not need to attach a picture showing you're sober or mourning.....seems desperate. If you are applying via paper route vfs won't accept or collect the pictures from you.

Though your undergrad discipline is in French but since you have a six years experience in IT..... I think you're good to go...

I think you need to find another explanation for your study/employment gap between August 2015 and now. Don't lie about when your mom died....these CIC people have records and this might backfire in the nearest future when you're applying for work permit or PR.

Your travel history is good enough but it's just a bonus to your application.... The real issue for study permit/trv is proof of financial capacity, home tie and purpose of visit.

The financial documents you intend to submit.... I really don't understand them particularly SCB I wouldn't know what that means but they seem cogent enough.

It's good that your husband and daughter will not be applying with you....you can use them as home tie.

You actually have a nice profile but please and please DO NOT LIE IN YOUR APPLICATION ESPECIALLY ABOUT THINGS THAY CAN/MAY BE VERIFIED BY CIC IN THE NEAREST FUTURE. (Death certificate cannot be issued twice and you don't know if CIC will request for it in the future)

Please try as much as possible to keep your application simple and unambiguous.

You seem to know much about travelling to Canada as you've attempted to fix/answer any query or question a VO might have. However, you profile screams desperation.

This is my humble opinion and does and not necessarily reflect the views and opinions of Canadian Visa Officer. grin

I really appreciate your taking out time to read and ur opinions too.

I have been apprehensive about lying too cos death certificate can eaaily contradict me so I wud just take it out and say not in about that period since there's now a near future employment letter I would hope dey would just overlook the work gap period.i would take out the picture too.

SCB is standard chartered bank.

Pls wot more can I do to make it appear less desperate.

Hoping to read from you again.

Many thanks.

P.S i was denied entry to canada in 2014 and reason was that i was going to give birth.which was my unconcieved intention to which i submitted my International health coverage certificate along with my application but was later told by pple that i shud ve included a SOP but i dint even know that was an available option
pls your opinion of the overall feel of this application would be appreciated. (i would like for someone to go thru my SOP.anyone willing to pls)
i have a friend that studied computer science, has some IT training certifications and was going for this same program of yours in george brown college, i dont know the reason why the VO said on his GCMS NOTE "that the program is inconsistent with his educational and employment background and the VO said too unclear why applicant is going to canada for such course when similar program is available in college level in his home country which made his SP refused.madame try as much as possible to relate this program well cos i see this course is a new program introduced in canada and it's George Brown College that offers it,if u did read the faculty profile well, so that the VO wldnt think it's all this social sciences course.if you can print the program profile and attach it to your application so that the VO will know its an IT related course.i am saying this because of what has happened to my friend.moreover you application covers the every aspect a VO wld want to find excuse but find another activity than this ill health issue to make it clear.i am ur intended canada school mate too. Forget notarizing! To me it's overdoing.as i have seen ur response to @Yemdogg, Noo! Put something for that gap there don't ignore and say they will understand because they might figure it out as" current unemployment situation" and refuse you. Find something meaningful and fix in that gap
