Tell me how many non - PDP where called to the sharing?
This isn't about who was called or not, but about some people who took our money, under pretense of fighting insurgency, allowed soldiers to die unnecessarily while enriching their cronies.
This is a fight that must be supported by one and all.

read my post again, its not about who was called to the sharing or not, it is about the diversion of our collective wealth, funds that could have been used to arm our soldiers, or provide infrastructures, jobs, you names it. This money was instead diverted to fund a political party. What can be more evil than this?

Expose on the pages of newspaper? Are you aware that some people practice journalism for a living? Abi you see EFCC dailies?
NO court order was violated, I repeated none. What happened was that EFCC was smart enough to re-arrest them on another charge.(I had dealt with this issue before) Court give you bail, EFCC feels not right, they simply slam another charge on you and have every right to detain you.

This is not about PDP or APC, but about a sincere desire to see those who took us to this point severely punished.

In closing, if you want to make a point, do it without insults, else i will simply ignore you.

You said EFCC are smart? That's where you showed your biased mind. You just made it clear that EFCC is an agent and is working for the interest of Buhari not for the nation. Their aim is to permanently keep people in detention to silence them. where in your world is it legal to arrest and detain a citizen of your country for more than 24hrs without charging the person to court, why would EFCC after court has granted you bail still keep you in detention for days searching for another offence to prosecute you again? Please boy change your mindset and face real fact.
The fight against corruption should not be for personal interest, it should be for national interest which must be done in accordance with the rule of law.

Ok let me try to educate you. We have a ministry of Defense, with money allocated for purchase of weapons year in year out. Remember GEJ postponed the elections and his excuse was because of insecurity. He then decided to borrow additional $1B as the election approached under the guise of fighting BH, but what happened? That money was diverted to fund PDP campaign. NA purchase weapons everytime, but this "special intervention" by GEJ was stolen. Our money was stolen.
Should we keep quiet and let it pass? Should we wait till we can arrest every looter in the history of Nigeria?
All those queried so far are those who got from this $1B one way or the other.
Again it is legal smartness to slam accused with fresh charges when he gets a bail. It may not be fair, but its not illegal.
The alleged looters have SANs and other senior lawyers defending them, why haven't they screaming like you are doing? They answer is simple, they understand the law, while you don't.
This fight is in National interest, if your hand is clean, go to court and clear your name. Do you remember Metuh, they way he shouted witch hunting witch hunting? What song is he singing now?

In your country it is legal smartness to keep someone in detention for over 24hrs without trial and even when the person was sent to court and the court grants him bail and the person meets his bail conditions, it is still legal smartness to still keep the person behind bars for days and be searching for another thing to prosecute him. Name anyone in Nigeria who met his bail conditions before he was re-arrested on another charge.

The Senate on Thursday approved a request for external borrowing of not more than N1 billion dollars by President Goodluck Jonathan to tackle security challenges in the country.
This followed the consideration of the report of the Joint Committees on Finance, and Local and Foreign Debts on the loan request at plenary in Abuja.
The Chairman of the Committee on Finance, Ahmad Makarfi (PDP-Kaduna), who presented the report, said the facility was not a cash loan but supply of military hardware to be paid over seven years.
He said in view of the urgent need to restore normalcy in the country and since the loan did not attract interest, Nigeria should take advantage of the opportunity.
According to him, the requested loan was for helicopters, ships, armament and hardware.
“The 12 nos. M135 Helicopters being requested for now are appropriate for the nature of the operation and the terrain.
“Belarus has accepted to give helicopters on the condition of instalment payment over a seven-year period.
“Other hardware, armament and equipment will be bought on the same terms from other European countries,” he said.
Mr. Makarfi further said the joint committee discovered in its findings that the number of helicopters in the fleet of the Nigeria Air Force was inadequate for effective deployment.
He said the reason for inadequate helicopters was due to inadequate funds for maintenance and recent burning of two helicopters by insurgents in Maiduguri.
He further said that no new helicopter had been added to the fleet since 1998.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the senate, however, went into a rowdy session prior to the approval as the lawmakers were divided over the matter.
