take malt+tomato paste ie tin tomatoes. you can substitute malt with liquid milk if you prefer the later. 3 times a week will do

i didn't say malt and milk. i said mix either malt and tin tomatoes or milk and tin tomatoes and gulp down. do it 3x a week
