Bluezy13:u r wrong lol Many people read it. Just that I hate the book. Was expecting it to be a trag-comedy like most African book but no it isnt. Whenever I remember it, anger nd pain swell up in my heart but thank God its just a novel tho. |

The virtuous woman isn't about a lady looking for child. This used to be my favourite while growing up, I know the story in and out. It's about Nana, the pretty girl that had polio earlier in life so was deformed. She lost her parents and was raised by her grandfather. She was the only girl in her village to have gotten admission into the famous queens college, till she was joined by two other girls from her village. She later fell in love with Abu, a guy they met on their way to school 1 Like |

Has anyone read the shining ones? It's a first-person narrative story of a group of friends from the same primary school. They found themselves in the same secondary school. Friday Stoneface, Mr Alan Black and the rest. |

sinaj: Lol... I always love reading right from my primary school days, I read Oliver Twist when I was in Primary four... Anytime I visited my grandma (May her soul RIP), she would welcome me with loads of novels and after reading them I will narrate every single one to her in Yoruba.. One other novel I love sooo much is Our Husband Has Gone Mad Again, so Hilarious!! |
