The roofing area of the house is 220sqm and the colour of the stonetiles is buffy,corrugation is Tudor,the brand is TILCOR and per sqm of that colour is 2700. The parapet,workwork including inside bogging and installation ( Total workmanship)is 180k

Before l forgot,the ridges is 1800 per meter and the house use 56 meters

Thanks for your commendation,the woods is as follows 2x2=120pcs , 2x3=220pcs, 2x4=200pcs.2x4=450 each,2x3=350 each,2x2=250 each,remember the price is what is obtainable at Ajah area which could be lesser in other part of lagos.the payment was done by my client brother and that is why am giving you price base on my quote and what we bought

197K for roof wooden, roofing sheet 597,197k, parapet inclusive labor 180k, under 1M for 2(one)bedroom apartments its a good deal in my opinion. I hope am right with my calculation, mind you this is in Lekki-Ajah area of all places.

You are very right my oga but it all depends on the parties involve,like in this case the brother has been damn sincere with my client and we never wasted or buy excess material but only what was needed
