infact, as a kogite, im highly disappointed in the lugubrious rift displaying by senator Melaye from my constituency with senator tinubu. kogites are anxiously expecting your promissory contribution toward development of the representative constituency. since the commencement of present administration in the senate, i have not witnessed the salubrious bills being sponsored by senator Dino,instead he imbibes the culture of displaying the unlawful, illegal,mediocrity, blemish conversation, advocating for forgery, that could stamp Nigeria bad reputation in the international community. Somebody should tell me the reason to become appalling traveller on the ground to demonstrate superiority status while other senators engage in sleepless night on how to prepare the bills that would sanitize their representative constituency and Nigeria as whole.

Dino was not seeking for close door meeting. it is a routine of the senate to always go into close door meeting with high ranked senators. Remi tinubu is one of them. The question now is will senate stop their usual close door meeting cos someone is afraid of getting pregnant?

They had their issues, tempers were raised & both of them said things they should not say. Why should we just take it out on one person. In as much as Dino was wrong likewise Remi.. 1. Threat to beat and rape is a criminal act to start with so you don't have to carry out your threat before commiting that crime, he did already with the threat.

So, we can separate domestic violence and violent acts against women at home from the same acts perpetrated outside the home?


It's on record from witnesses and fellow senate members that he was stopped from beating Mrs Tinubu by the other senators present and the fact that he's a domestic violence offender who have committed crimes against women and his own wives in the past so what's stopping him from beating up and rapping another man's wife?

The wife beater started the whole confrontation when he threatened his fellow senators including Mrs Tinubu because he disagreed with their views and when the wife beater issued that threat against the senators, he did against the millions of people in their constituencies because they are all in the senate to represent their constituencies.


3. Senator Tinubu stood up to the bully and wife beater not only in her capacity as a woman or Mrs Tinubu, she did in on behalf of the men, women and children in her constituency.


4. Asking the wife beater and rapist to stop acting like a child or a thug and stop threatening millions of people including the senators present who were there representing millions of Nigerians wasn't a crime, she stood up for millions of Lagosians.

5. Threatening to beat and rape a woman is theorist threat, criminal thereat and a crime.

6. The wife beater has zero right to threaten the senators based on their views and they are all equal regardless of gender. Gender only matters in his house and not the Nigerian senate.



Again, saying you act like a thug or you are a dog is not a crime, but threatening to beat and rape a woman is a terrorist threat and a crime..
