People that do this to people are tagged enemies of progress and most times they don't succeed in life.
In this hard time , how could someone think of throwing away things of value , instead of trying to convince the woman to collect the tickets, what happens to taking her or reporting her to the authorities that sent him.
I want to believe that poverty mentality is the major problem with this man and people like that always have money running away from them.
To the woman, she should respect the laws that binds her in the environment she operates. She knows that tickets are giving out daily there why not collect it when you know you operates there. Just because of maybe 50 or 200 naira tickets she will be losing more . That's penny wise pounds foolish
My brother so if the woman haven't sold anything that morning, you expect her to poo the money to give the agbero, this is bad what ever happened this someone's business. God must surely judge the person responsible for this.

This is Edo where the useless tyrannical governor levies the downtrodden to sustain his lavish lifestyle of an Emperor. How can touts be empowered by a governor to be collecting levies from petty traders and then harass the same traders on days they are unable to pay? My governor, sir, there is a life after the tenure of political office and there is Kama, whom some have told me is a b.tch. Even in tax collection Adams Smith gave Four Tax Maxims, one of which is "Convenience" and I have used Google to refresh your memory, in case you have forgotten your secondary school Economics and here it is verbatim:
The third maxim is convenience. “Every tax,” said Smith, “ought to be levied at the time, or in the manner, in which it is most convenient for the contributor to pay it.”

Some party will come out and try to score points
This is the height if victimization though.
This is exactly what should happen. The opposition should come out and score points. This is how societies are built by the instrument of democracy. It will engender debate for the reformation of society. No one should be afraid if it except he is simply a political fanatic that cannot see the ills if his beliefs.

I prophesy that the Good Lord would pick up this woman's call as a result of this incident.... Someone would give her a decent amount of money to setup a better business.
