Men this is just so annoying, anywhere in the work you go as soon as you tell them you Nigerian, alarm bells goes off.. Anyways still averagely proud to be Nigerian. No wonder $ is high, when they use all our foreign reserve to plot coup..and now oil barrel has dropped further, people get ready $ and £ will break the N1000 soon. |

Erdogan propaganda (not the UBA bit) Most of those privates did not know they were going to do coup. They thought their commanders brought them out for a drill. If those rank and file soldiers bought into the coup, they would not have laid down weapons so easily. |

In my layman's opinion, there was no coup in Turkey. Erdogan might have staged the coup to strengthen his hold on power. As it is now, he is a step closer to attaining life presidency. It is probably a phantom coup set up to checkmate both real and perceived political foes. He can now clamp down on the opposition with minimal resistance. I may be wrong though. |

magicminister:Yeah and may be Abacha too. Buhari started pretty well but his resistance was weak and he didn't know how to increase his popularity with the population so he did 'the right thing by becoming obedient' or else get a Gaddafi treatment. Whether he is obedient or not, the US is bent on destabilizing Nigeria and no one will stop them. As for Jonathan, he wasn't a puppet, but he wasn't a good guy either. He was only looking after himself and his associates. Come to think of it, why is the West silent despite the fact that BDA has been blowing up their oil facilities in Nigeria? Why are they not strongly condemning NDA's actions? Look at the picture I am posting with this comment and tell me if you see anywhere NDA, BH, IPOB and the Fulani Herdsmen might fit in respectively. The pictures depicts how US conduct Unconventional Warfare against hostile nations or nations they want to prevent from becoming a regional or super power so that US can remain the undisputable dictator of world affairs. |

Rubbish article. Where does UBA want to steal USD 2 billion from In this period of dollar scarcity. That's besides the fact that any transfer of that magnitude would be sharply detected by the Nigerian Financial Intelligence Unit, domiciled in the EFCC. The Turkish leadership is just looking for sensational reasons to continue its clampdown on the opposition. Nigeria has become a scape goat for conspiracy theorists world over because of the kinds of rubbish that go on here. |
