So now it's Osinbanjo , not Buhari's fault ? Last i heard he signed power deal with a company in Asia , and power improved, but your brothers needed to blow pipelines up ?? Do you have any idea how much it'll cost to buy wind turbines ? or solar panels ?

Everyday i have read adverts on how to convert bio gas from your Laterine or Soakaway as the case may be into electricity , has any one of you tapped that or written a proposal for funding to make it a huge project or success ?? Always blaming Government

49cents:

What exactly is the role of the leader? To challenge the people who voted them in to solve the problems of the state?

Leaders are natural "inspirators". The bunch of leaders in Nigeria do not inspire the average youth to issues of patriotism, dilligence and honesty?

Dora challenged us with her patriotic, humansitic fight against drug dealers.

Osinbajo should be like Dora and the youths will be fired up! Enough of the rhetorics!!!

the thing is nigerians will keep voting for these kind of politicians. the reason being that, the development of nigeria is in a sorry state thats got its citizens needy and wishing someday someone will make nigeria better. this is what the politicians capitalize on, as they knw nigerians will cling unto anybody who seems to have a compelling script on bringin hope to the masses. but at the end its all lies lies n lies. what a shiitshow.

This reply is definitely epic. It seems a lot of people are waking fro their slumber and understanding the APC scam. It is the massive one of the season.

Well I won't blame them, they utilised the power of Social Media and also capitalized on the naivety of most Nigerian youth as well as their joblessness.

Now they are in the real picture and it doesn't look like film anymore.

APC.....wait

Many lazy Nigerians would expect to sit down and expect the Government to provide them with food on their table,
yet every night they dream to be Dangote or bill Gates..

Bros we are not begging them to feed us, we are looking up to them to provide a favorable environment for business

Laughing.

The guy has a point.

The guy has no point , beyond the government creating an enabling environment and suporting growth of enterprise the challenge remains with Nigerians to be smart and create wealth for themselves.

The opprtunities are there for those who would take it
Re: Epic Reply This Guy Gave Osinbajo On Twitter by Nobody: 6:24pm On Jul 30, 2016
The VP is correct.

The government's job is to create and stimulate conditions that are necessary for private industry to germinate and flourish. It is not its job to create the industries themselves.

Now, one may argue that Nigeria unique situation is void of those opportunities at the present time.

But have no doubt that others are taking the opportunities that are minuscule available.

Most of the brilliant ideas and innovations that develops societies all over the world are designed and introduced by the citizenry, but the in Nigeria, it's the other way around. We have shallow, unintelligent and intellectually lazy citizenry with zero capacity purvey ideas and innovations, they'd rather beg and wait for the government to tie their shoes and help spoon feed them.

Young people all over the world are thinking and brain storming, coming up with out start ups, brilliant and innovative ideas, but entrepreneurial spirit and contribution sounds foreign and absurd to the lazy thinking and ignorant Nigerian.

It's even sad that such idiotic and shallow response came from a so called leader of tomorrow.

and another shallow loser labeled this sadness EPIC.

What a shame.

the average Nigerian expects "NOTHING" from the government.

you yourself with your big head, how many times have the government provided you with basic amenities such as pipe borne water and constant electricity??

In my area, we provide our own security, road, water, electricity, etc. While the only job of government is to collect tax while that of the police is going bout looking for fuel to confiscate from black marketers.

Even people with brilliant ideas are there wretched to a fault. In Nigeria, brilliance, intelligence and hard work is often sacrificed on the alter of religious bigotry, tribalism, nepotism, cluelessness, corruption, sentiments, etc. Yet some fools still expect people to think straight.

Those sycophantic hypocrites you see blaming Nigerians for the cluelessness and criminality of the political elites would have been singing a different song if this tweet came from their political enemies or during the past administration.

Honestly, I will like to know how much the present apc govt is paying for their Army of bloggers, posters on social media that defends them, promote lies on their behalf, photo shop to create a false sense of acceptance for this regime! It worked for the election but the reality will soon overwhelmed this army. A traitor will arise among this army and reveal the underhand dealings that has hoisted this fakers upon this Nation.

thats the problem with the black man. they think the government is their baby sitter and someone who should think for them, while they occupy their own brain with food, sex, and ways to get quick money by fraud.

america and europe got to where they are because of the thinking power of the masses who create everything. govt just provides an enabling environment. so osinbajo is correct. you have to do your part to make the country great

Where is the enabling environment

In saner climes, Osibanjo's challenge is a call to duty , some people would ask the government to iron their clothes , wash their pants and even spoon feed them if they could

Living in the western world's reality when indeed they live, have lived and continue to live in Africa , and those are the people who hail likes of FFK, Fayose, Metuah and Co

What dirty call to duty ...the ones that have been solving one solution or the other and yet Buhari used his bad economic policies and short sighted ness has killed their business ..There are many people that have provided different level of solutions to the govt as regards power which one has the govt used ..

It doesn't look like you have been to a saner clime before. Tell me just one of the responsibilities of the government that has been met in the last 50 years? What have we enjoyed from government? No jobs. No infrastructure. No basic health. No welfare system. No security. What the hell do you know about saner climes? Stop insulting the suffering Nigerian masses. cry
