I'm asking because I checked by 8.20am it said no available dates till 3/8/16 and at 8.54am it had changed to 10/8/16. So when did they release the date? I'm confused at this people.
made a mistake..forgot there is one hour difference now ..but the best option is to call them and they wld let u know wat to do.. cuz the security there use it to collect money from people...they book the whole appointments for those who pay them..

I have been reading from page 7 and read how helpful you've been to people. Thanks for taking out of your precious time for humanity.

I have a question pls, it is for real that one can secure an appointment through those security guys or their embassy staff there? I know this is possible because i have been to a few embassies and it seem like this "runs" do happen, but the reason why i am asking to be sure is because the URL where you book appointment seem to be centralized for all applicant worldwide and for this reason, it may not be under the control of the embassy so their chance of distorting appointment is kinda unclear but if you think this "runs" do happen and it is for real and doesn't affect your chance of getting the visa then pls confirm it for me.

Also, if i choose to "runs" my way through the appointment, i am guessing i can just forget about securing appointment online, right?

Thanks in advance.

u welcome bro..yes u can secure appointments from them..they even do more than that.. recently I spoke to my dad about legalizing my docs at the embassy and it took him less than a week to finish the procedure.. but I still believe that for those who can't afford risking loads of money on a 50-50% probability of getting a visa I believe its better u try to spend less and go through the procedures ur self..it helps make u confident even during ur interview cuz it wld obviously show u know wat u are doing rather than going to an interview whilst being clueless..I wld advice u think about which wld b better for u cuz..using these runs won't guarantee u a Visa also.
peace bro

@abnur14 . . . Thanks for your response and i got it clearly. I will do my best to ensure everything is done by the book. However, may i ask though if you have any info regarding the approval and deny rate of a tourist visa. I am in the process of applying for a tourist visa, i already got an I.V from the govt agency in Poland. What would be your best advice in minimizing the chances of being denied?

I don't know much about the tourist visa stuff but I believe all u need apart from the required docs on their website is docs proving that u wld come back ..if uve got any property u could use the docs as proof and also the most important thing is ur statement of account.. make sure uve been managing ur account very well for the past six months keep it busy with as many as possible amount of cash that u can ..

*it may not be under the control of the embassy so their chance of distorting appointment is kinda unclear but if you think this "runs" do happen and it is for real* it is not centralized, it is country specific, and the embassy in each country is responsible for fixing the date which is according to their capacity, and you just have to be vigilant and smart.....securities if at all can't book all the appointments at once, writing the embassy is the best option.

I paid my tuition fee for a year, the idea of not paying I do not think it is really safe according to my little understanding, there are rules by which they judge if I could send PDF here I would have sent u the journal of laws they use to judge visa,, which I was recently hinted about by the embassy staff who replies mail.

Likely reasons they might use against u.
1. You have not justified the purpose or conditions of the intended stay.

2. There is reasonable doubt as to your intention to leave the territory of the Republic of Poland before the expiry of the visa.

And about the ties, something to convince them that you would be returning to Nigeria after your studies, is what I mean by the ties.

You would get your Eligibility Letter from ministry of education, Abuja. Your school would tell you which documents to legalize but you would be required to Authenticate your educational documents in Ministry of Education Abuja, where you would be required to submit your WAEC CERTIFICATE,TESTIMONIAL, TRANSCRIPT OF RECORDS, STATEMENT OF RESULT, after which you would proceed to Ministry of foreign affairs, where they would also Authenticate the documents from Ministry of Education which I stated earlier, but this time including your BIRTH CERTIFICATE, and SPONSORSHIP LETTER.

As for the embassy requirements, check the list below.
1. International passport;
2. Visa fee of 18,600 Naira in cash (unless entitled to discount);
3. 2 passport-type photographs (en face, color, white background, no glasses, no hats);
4. Travel medical insurance valid for the entire period of intended stay plus at least 2 days; valid for all Schengen countries; minimum coverage 30,000 EUR;
5. Flight reservation (return);
6. Residence permit in one of the countries covered by the Embassy (if applicable);
7. Copy of passport data page and previous visas;
8. Copies of all original documents which the applicant wishes to keep.

1. Copy of acceptance letter;
2. All documents required by the institution;
3. Confirmation of payment of fees (if applicable);
4. Documents for legalization (if applicable) – more info: Legalization of documents;
5. Hotel reservation or proof of another accommodation; for applicants planning to stay with family or friends or being sponsored by Polish/EU citizens in any other way, an invitation registered with appropriate Polish authorities (Urzad Wojewodzki) is required;
6. Documents regarding applicant’s sufficient means of subsistence during intended stay, such as: introduction letter from employer with employer’s consent for travel; salary slips; proof of business ownership; personal/business bank account statements; proof of income generated by property; letter from sponsor and documents regarding sponsor’s financial situation;
7. Documents regarding applicants family situation (marriage/birth certificates).

If you need any other visit their website ----© http://www.abuja.mfa.gov.pl/en/consular_information/visas/

And Legalization is done at the embassy, they charge 8,300 per page,it was still 6K as at 7days ago,

God bless.

for the insurance just go to AIICO it was #30800 but am not sure now..but it wld take less than a hour..jst get a one year insurance..

if u re a minor write a consent letter and let ur guardians sign it go to a notary office and notarize it..then head to the min of edu with the wassce cert and other docs from the school.. make sure they seal and sign all the docs if u want even photocopies make sure they issue an eligibility letter and they also seal and sign it..then head to min of foreign affairs with all and include the consent letter ur birth cert if u want sponsorship letter..wen u done let us know..

Twas made on Wednesday 3rd anytime from around past 4.30pm cos I was checking all day till that time which I assumed is their closing time yet no show when i checked again at 7pm it had changed to 17th. These polish people are something else so they can't even keep the date stuff open for 24hrs, most embassies would use this means to generate revenue. No not them, such backwardness.
Re: Polish Student Visa by chuman33: 8:50am On Aug 05, 2016
Yes, the appointment opened around 5pm yesterday , it was updated after embassy working hours, but it was very limited, 11th August and 18th August, 8:30am to 12:30pm, each time was for only one person. You got to keep watch all day for it.

So now they don't upload in the morning again, I think the problem is the website is always overloaded by people checking and checking so they can hardly have time to upload appointment date, so the particular time when people aren't on their keypads dey upload it. Because this morning I couldn't open the website, due to website overload
