Personally know a jobless man whose doors start opening when he got married. He went from one job to another before presently ending up in an oil company. He attributes his success to the wife he married. Some women bring luck to a man. God in his infinite mercy has a way of making the impossible possible....and as for His ways we don't know them |

How will a man without a source of income cater for his family? I don't get the fuss about what he said. Simple logic should make everybody realize you need a job before getting married. Marriage is not important if you can't cater for your family. |

delishpot:who told you they dumped the fact a man should not marry a woman that cannot pray for an hour? I personally think that one actually trended more than the advise that a woman should not marry a man that cannot provide for his family. You know the bible actually stated that a Man tht cannot provide for his family is worse than an infidel. |

A very sound advice. That's why after the man now got a job, marry the woman who didn't marry him cos he didn't have a job, starts misbehaving and cheating and disrespecting her, they'll call him for advice and counselling. I wonder why they didn't counsel him when he didn't have a job. Lol. |

imohchard:Yes that true but I believe it's the girls choice, a man shouldn't put a woman in dat position, if "before" u get married n u jobless don't get married n bring in children to go through horrible times cos u are trying to be Zuckerberg or bill gates. It's the logic move to make especially in this part our world. PLS DONT MARRY, do it for the children cos if na love (it really doesn't exist) just reality. |

Vice versa, a man with a Job should only marry a lady with a Job. After all the garden of Eden was not meant for Adam alone, Eve also eat from it, no wonder she plug bad apple and feed papa Adam with it sef. But seriously, at this hard times in the country, where are the Jobs? Now all those gals who's boo no get Job na divorce be that? |

Every woman knows this truth, they only ignore it when they re desperate. When they eventually get married and the reality takes over, then the truth becomes real.lets not act as if the man has said anything knew. |

Why is this discussion an issue in the first place? Pastor Adeboye and Aunty Toke haven't said anything new or strange. In fact, these tweets in my own opinion make little impact. No man will marry a woman without a source of income. Sadly, the tweet did not address the main issue which is "what level of income and type of job." We all have sources of income. We all have jobs. A job can be anything. Pastor Adeboye, Toke and others should be bold enough to set and mention a benchmark level of income, and people like me would have one or two things to say. On the current quote about stable income bla bla, I've heard that a zillion and one times. What is a stable income? If you cannot say, then you are not bold enough to defend your sayings. |

That is tantamount to "gold digging". Why don't you folks keep your low-minded opinions to yourself. |

This is getting out of hand we should be careful this our generation has no respect for men of integrity, but first of all why do you believe everything that comes on docile media how can pple be condemning a man that had sacrificed so much if truly he said so it's an opinion and advice simple not to be bashing him on social media, I don't go to redeemed but this generation should be careful the reason we are not like Somalia yet cause pple have been standing in the gap for us I have had enough of this talk gush! |

That is tantamount to "gold digging". Let every man satisfies himself or herself. Low-minded opinion has zero-space in God's dictionary. We should let God speak for Himself to individuals. |
