All the above might have meant something if the Igbo nation had at any time agreed to the union of Nigeria.

On the 4th of July 1776, the leaders and representatives of the 13 colonies that make up America came together to sign the 'American Delaration Of Independence' where they pledged to be one country which produced the USA. On the 1st of May 1707, the Welsh, Scottish and English crowns came together and signed "The Act Of Union" which produced the United Kingdom, the very people who created Nigeria. Now, when and where did the Yoruba/Igbo/Hausa man come together to agree on 'one Nigeria'? It never happened, so by extension, Nigeria, its Government and constitution are all illegal since no contract of unity was ever agreed on in the first place. Therefore, it is incumbent on the Government to legalise 'Nigeria' by directly asking the indigenous nationalities Lord Lugard forced together, if they consent to the union, via a referendum. It will only be a walkover if you have ever heard that a person was jailed for 'talking' in a democratic dispensation. The video of him soliciting arms still falls under 'talking' and the constitution allows Kanu to say anything including threaten anyone, even Nigeria. Unless the Government can actually prove he did something 'actively' besides talking, the case is dead in the water and is nullified by Kanu's constitutional right to free speech and expression.
