Lol what's an adware says a Kubuntu user, I don't use windows like that so I might not know how but you uninstall them via Program and features, also its tricky some adware install as add-on for each browser so in chrome remove any weird extensions from settings , in Firefox remove any weird plugin and if IE look for add-on you should see a list and uninstall. Can you send me a screenshot of the adware on your browser so I recommend a tool.

Oh, I have uninstalled the program. I googled it and saw it was "qksee". Even after uninstalling and removing all the browser plug-ins and extensions, still same issue...
