Your kinds in Africa is the reason why we're still backward....how do u expect company to render good services when the return ain't encouraging, they'll look for means of making the budgeted returns ceteris paribus rendering substandard services...we need change this mentality of cheating if we'll ever grow as a continent (Africa) and a Nation (Nigeria).

Mtn and Arsenal have something in common. Both know their customers aren't happy but don't mind as money is rolling in.

Mtn can cheat us for as many years as they want as they know their have the largest coverage. Until other networks seat up, we will sadly complain for long.

MTN having the largest coverage is more like a normal talk but in reality I think Airtel has the largest coverage. I mean go to villages and surb urbs, you're sure to see Airtel network fully operational while MTN will be coming and going like PHCN light. In urban places, they have the same coverage. So Airtel has wider coverage than MTN.

Anyway, only kids like yourself will be looking for tweaks. Those of us who use the network for legit business don't have time for such unreliable and evil methods.

You listen to music, no? Have you ever paid for any song ?
You use Microsoft office suite? How much did you pay for it?
You've got a PC? Windows OS? How much did you pay for the OS?
You watch movies? You know the official price of a blu-ray movie?
The list goes on...
My point: We all use cheats one way or the other. It's not like I support what those guys do, but why point accusing fingers when you do the same thing (or even worse) ?

I think you should try out ntel 4G-LTE Advanced...it is superbly superb. I'm sure mtn can never meet up with their standard

Not a fan of MTN but I am hoping against hope that their service for 4G LTE will be top notch and not overly expensive.

Maybe then the likes of spectranet, Swift and Smile will seat up. We need the competition, we need it badly.

Mtn is even worse. It supports just band 20(800mhz) while ntel supports band 3 and 8 (900 and 1800mhz respectively). Most of the phones in this region are band 3 and 8 compatible.

Even at that lots of 3 & 8 band devices don't work on NTEL.

Smile is using the same band 20, and lots of devices are compatible.

Most internationally unbranded devices comes with multiple band.

If you have 4LTE phone, forget the compatibility stuff and use MTK Engineering, chose LTE, and setup new APN you are set to go.
