There is something seriously wrong with NOUN, i don't just get it..I checked my result now and i have 5 As and one F...Had to quickly check the exam question paper again. That paper was my best exam, TMA was 28 and i answered ALL the four questions...I doubt if this guys really grade this script?

The exam I wrote for this semester is not out...Also, I wrote an exam in 1st and 2nd semester of 2014/2015 session that has been missing. the result was released as F. how possible is it I failed it in both semesters? The exam for this semester I wrote was not released. Am just tired of NOUN. please, is there anyone that knows how to go about request for remarking because I won't accept this result.
Wumine:
Please anybody ever applied for remarking of result and scaled through? Will the student be shown the script? Wondering if NOUN will admit they were wrong after all. Just read the policy on remarking now and they made it seem like it will all be done within a month max

"a non-refundable fee of N10, 000.00 per course for the re-marking of scripts"

"Examinations to remark is a prerogative of the School Examinations Committee" .....meaning I might pay and they won't re-mark?

"Remarking shall be completed within two weeks"....hmmmm....

"The School Board shall communicate its decisions to the Senate within a period of 14 days for ratification"

PLS I NEED CLARIFICATION ON THIS BECAUSE I AM SO PISSED WITH NOUN AND WHATEVER THEY DID WITH MY RESEARCH METHODOLOGY - MBA 825
xtosync:
I am a bit puzzled at the moment. I just checked my result and to my greatest shock saw MTH 307 as D. My three best in the TMA is 28/30. I wrote well on exam day and wasn't expecting anything less than a B. I can't imagine I score less than 22 out of 70 in the exams. Please I need advice guys. I have never had a D in all my results. Should I apply for a remark or should I let this lie. This score is just totally unfair and cruel. I am 100% sure that "grin" is not mine.
Please what do I do? I am about to go bunkers with thoughts.
Guys I'm suggesting we complain enmasse through different channels.

Hello everyone....I can see complaints about the results. I'm also very worried about what can be done. Im doing the PGDE program. I got an F for a course that I got 27/30 in the TMA. Does anyone know the grading scale NOUN uses? Also, is it possible to know the exact score you made on the exam. Because I'm very certain I passed the exam.

@Kazrem:
Thanks a lot. But if I may ask, what are the exact addresses of Ikeja and Mushin Study Centres?
That said, is there ongoing sale of application form? If yes, where can this form be obtained?
Besides, what's the school fees for B.Sc. nursing science fresh undergraduates?

4 questions in 1. Lol.

1. Ikeja Sc is in Agidingbi opposite Fela Shrine. If you can get your way to Lagos state Secretariat, Alausa, ask of how to get to NOUN. Mushin Sc is in Fatai Atere street, Mushin. Find your way to Oshodi. Ask the bikemen to take you to Fatai Atere. I know a better route but use that as you don't know the place yet.

2. Form is always on sale.

3. Go to any Zenith, Eco, Fcmb or First bank with a remita code and 5k to obtain the form. Click this to generate remita code https://application.nou.edu.ng/ApplicantsRemitaSignOn.aspx

4. Fee for nursing, I don't know but the compulsory fee for fresher is 40k.

Temitolu: Kazrém has your answer, but I wish to warn you. The nursing programme has unresolved issues at the moment. Perhaps you want to opt for public health instead.

The past semester for instance, I know a handful of students who registered courses for the programme, but when the TMAs commenced, they had no questions for those registered exams. They had to drop the courses and exams eventually. Although, there's been no official statement in this regard, as it seems, the programme is currently inactive. So, I thought I'd warn those who'd be making the same ignorant mistake.

Can I change study Centre on the portal? i'm yet to pay the fees.

I also saw this at the top of my page;

"Minimum Fees Payable: 36000.00"

please what does it mean?

thanks .
