Discos don't want it because it is easy to bypass and the manufacturers help to bypass it.

DISCOs didn't want it because they didn't want to meter consumers after collecting money from consumers under CAPMI arrangement. Go and look at the current meters being supplied by MOJEC and let's see if anyone can bypass it without triggering alarm through its UI.

It's nice. That is what i'm also using. I recharged it yesterday and was given cash back for the cost of the metre in form of units. It was so cool.

The only issue I have with the interface is just that it cannot be hung somewhere. I keep moving it around different places in the house. I'm yet to get a permanent place for it.

It was hung for me but I removed it from the wall when I wanted to do burglary for the main meter. The UI came with one plastic and thread nail to be hung to the wall, then you hang the UI to that plastic.
