SHALOM! I believe that it is the duty of every Human Being to find a SOLUTION to Death in general, and WAR IN PARTICULAR- before it becomes an issue with them, personally. . JOHN 8:51-53. 51. "Verily, verily, I say unto you, 'IF A MAN KEEP MY SAYING, HE SHALL NEVER SEE DEATH.' " 52. Then said the Jews unto him, "Now we know that thou hast a devil. Abraham is dead, and the Prophets; and thou sayest, 'IF A MAN KEEP MY SAYING, HE SHALL NEVER TASTE OF DEATH.' 53. "Art thou greater than our father Abraham, which is dead? and the Prophets are dead: whom makest thou thyself?" YAHSHUA TAUGHT THAT THROUGH OBEDIENCE OF HIS TEACHINGS, HIS DISCIPLES WOULD BECOME INCAPABLE OF DYING. It is very annoying that people judge the veracity of what Yahshua Promises by people who do not fulfil. the requirements for receiving what he Promises. 1 Like

saiNDAvengers: You are the perfect example of the type of person I was talking about. I was expecting you to crawl out from the woodwork. A generation that copies class projects will accept any conspiracy theory that fits their prejudice. I really can't be bothered to do your work for you. Go read the news reports on the matter from various sources and then come to an independent opinion if you are capable of such. 1 Like |

They deserve more. our troops should be better equipped with all protective gear to reduce their risk of death to the barest minimum. and what senseless animals would attack our troops in their own land? they must be hunted down and brought to justice. we pray their families are well taken care of and may their souls rest in peace. amen. Their corpses could have been treated wit more dignity. See how they lumped them together like common criminals. Moreover, why werent they fitted with body armour or vests? |

Na those people wey carry dane guns do all this damage to our trained soldiers? Not one single automatic rifle was found on them. Just locally made guns using BB cartridges. The hole in the body in that last couldn't have been made by pellets so someone needs to tell us the truth. They went for cordon and search and they were ambushed. Who authorized the operation without providing backup? People need to be held accountable or else soldiers will start becoming disobedient when they feel they are just being sent on suicide missions. Cowardice is punishable by imprisonment while going to battle unprepared can cost a soldier his life. ChangeIsCostant: |

Chukabiz: Why must you put tribalism in every topic on NL, who told you they are Fulanis. you might be surprised some of them are from your village. They are Nigerian Soldiers, Nigerian arm comprises of All ethnic groups of Nigeria. And as to "ppl defending themselves " defending themselves for what, what called for the defence. They are threatening the peace and harmony of the nation and you call that defence? If it was reported that Nigerian Army killed NDelta yoots, you ppl would start Shouting United Nation's and genocide but now "They are defending themselves" I am waiting to see the end of this season film. They wrote the story with their own hands and invited The Nigerian Army to come and be part of the action. |

sCun:If that was actually their mission then they had it coming.... I have no single pity for them. besides, if this happened in the SS or SE by now our ears would have been filled with tales of how the army would level the entire region. Nonsense! somebody is protecting himself, you now want to come and disarm him, to make him vulnerable and an easy prey for his enemies... na craze dey worry you be dat 2 Likes |

HAS JOURNALISM/SOCIAL MEDIA GOT TO ITS PEAK OF SHEER MADNESS How can they post pictures of soldiers killed in action, as if they were robbers or some society misfits who were mobbed to death. For crying out loud these are men who swore with their lives to protect us. Forget the purpose or the impressions that necessitated the mission, they were carrying out an order given by their superior officers. As for our military authorities, so they could not even accord a single strand of respect to these soldiers KIA. I can’t believe they were not put in a body bag, and allowed the pictures to leave their command circle, it's demoralizing to the ones alive. God help the victims' families, that they don't see their dead sons on paper or online before the Army notifies them. It causes one to wonder if it is worth dying for Nigeria. If we are not leaving our sports men & women stranded in hotel without food, we are sending our Policemen to deadly missions without body armour, or like the recent case one oga sends a government driver to cash money without police protection causing his being shot dead. Honestly we lack the very basic respect due to humans, the Nigerian media, Seun his Nairaland moderators are not helping matters. IT IS NOT ALL CONTENTS OF NEWS THAT MUST GRACE A WEPPAGE. UTILIZE YOU POWER TO REVIEW POSTS. PERIOD! |

And eight soldiers were fall and nothing happen. Well, to you Nigerians soldiers its either someone is giving you up for kill or you are giving yourself up naively. Were the killer a ghost? what happen to back up or its one bullet that done all these damages. it sure take some time and no call for back up. All you do is to snap picture and post on medial seeking for self pity from Nigerians. I am beginning to have no pity for consistent inefficiency and killing game.. Gen Buratai, please those drone are not for photo sake please but them to use. Prepare an adequate back up for your men. Anywhere a soldier be kill should serve as a source. You are loosing men on a daily basis yet yet yet yet ............ I dont play the game RIP to the innocent 1 Like |

I stopped having confidence in our combatant ability of Nigerian Military a long time ago..They are only strong when it comes to killing armless civilians like IPOB &Shiites...I bet u Nigeria Army of today cannot face Togolaise Army in full scale gun battle..Our advantage may just be population size of Army..Army is now politicised ,d get-rich syndrome is deep in their blood. The compassion for the job is lost totally.Nigeria Army now is mere boys scout or brigade..We need a total restructuring of our military.Till that mentality of ethnicity,Godfatherism,Corruption and dirty politics are eliminated from our system,we may become a useless &condemned nation. |
