The budget was padded by Dogara, Jibrin and his fellow goons with the backing of the powerful cabal in the presidency. Buhari is just a figure head, the cabal run the presidency as they wish.. The same cabal are still using Jide Omokre's Sahara Energy to lift crude oil.. As long as this issue is concerned, the cabal has spoken and that's the end.

Politics is a funny game. U play to win. Why Buhari will back Dogara secretly is because he knows that immediately Dogara is remove, that will a perfect chance for Femi and with that Tinubu will use everything in his arsenal to make it happen;and some political opponents of Tinubu in Apc doesn't want him to control the House. Buhari will support Dogara and there ,we will see his hypocrisy.
