Yes . who told you google will use your previous site. I won't blame you though cos you don't know thats why you seek to know. Apply normal the same way you did with your previous site but make sure you use a new gmail acct .

I have a ".com" and I've applied for ad-sense with it for two times but got rejected. I was told to change my IP address to that of the US and reapply with a new mail.

I have a US IP address now. But I had applied for a third time but yet to get feedback from google. If the third application is rejected, I'll reapply with the US IP address and with a new mail.

The feedback I usually get from google is that "I do not have enough text on my blog." But there are lots of stuff there - (100% original stuffs). Now, this is my major issue; I also have a "" but I do not know how to apply for ad-sense via wordpress. Please help.
