The best thing to do is allow Niger Deltans protect the oil facilities in their lands. Its a natural solution to the incessant oil pipeline blow up.

Scientists often use a bacteria A; for instance, to kill another bacteria B, bringing a natural cure to diseases caused by a bacteria B. It works like a charm all the time!!.

Moreover, Niger Deltans have 100% right over their oil and should be the one telling the Nigeria government how they want the oil used.

Every locality that has pipeline passing through it should form its own militant group and blow up the pipeline in its vicinity. Afterall the house of assembly in trying to amend Petroleum Industry Bill has said having a pipeline passing through your backyard makes you an oil producing area. So I no blame them. the truth is keneking is hitting on the main point...I just wrote up there that til this moment we have a president who has not travelled to the volatile regions to talk to his citizens and to quell all agitations. ..sometimes what we need is a leader who can talk to us and give us hope..but Buhari is far from that...proud man..him never see anything..
