The Salary payment on time and 38% iis a huge plus for him indeed, seems he might want to run for senate or higher post be that
He should do his best to pay the pensioners their entitlements and pay next of kin of those who died in service their entitlements also so his governance will be free of curse of the elderly and and the dependent/helpless children who can no longer fend for themselves or go to school because they have not been paid their right.
