First Bank is absolute nightmare followed by Ecobank, from my own experience.

Union Bank is just the best. I Opened an account with them recently, when I walked in, i couldn't even believe it's union bank cos everywhere was looking all cozy, their banking halls fine mehn, opened the account got my ATM card instantly and i didn't spend more than 30 mins that day. I love the simplicity of their mobile app, never had ATM failure issue when I withdraw. For now I think Union Bank is the best in Nigeria.

Of course GTBANK in my experience.
That is for walk in customers.
Those guys handling their emails however are awesome.

The problem with GTB is the sheer number of customers they have to attend to. If 1/3 of GTB customers move to banks like UBA, their system will crash

When it comes to customer services, Union Bank is the best so far. The way they attend to their customers is incredibly awesome.

Ecobank is the worst
Their *326# doesnt work person wan transfer money from him account wey no dey work (eco bank) to a bank that works ( gtb) dem no gree make i use their atm do the transfer i gats go gtb do transfer now my acct has been debited money no gree enter my gtb

Opened an account with them two weeks ago and till now I can't use the account.
I went to a branch yesterday and they told me my account is under maintenance since 2 weeks now.
No atm,no union mobile.
I dey vex for that bank o
