Yeah...even Arepo needs one. Another challenge is the level of traffic on the express whenever RCCG camp service is holding. I don't wanna even start telling you what I faced last weekend on my way to Ibadan...it was horrible mehn.

Please name the better organised country I have not visited where overhead pedestrian crossing is used as the primary means of crossing highway or major roads? Similar to Lekki for example and built in the last 10 years.
From there we can find out who is ignorant.
