I had no choice but to resign,I got pregnant and my boss was frustrating me because of the first trimester sickness,shesaid,I should hv planned it during the 3rd term holiday,imagine that for a married woman with 2 kids waited for 8years to have the 3rd one so I resigned.Now she is begging me to come back after I delivered.

Insultive bosses, the poor state of the economy, uncooperative customers, inefficient managemental structure, high hire and fire ratio. I had to leave the place last month before they damage my reputation.

Tribalism. I'm in a dept dominated by yoruba guys. They speak language in the office like no man's business. even the so called 'head of unit' uses yoruba to communicate official things to his clique. i've complained and nothing has being done about. i dont really know what to do.

Samehere, for close to 3yrs, been on one spot, no seminar, no major training jst doing my normal regular daily activities, it's kinda boring though buh salary has always been constant . With dis kinda economy it's a miracle for somebody to get a better job

Mine is my bosses calling and asking for updates and reports at 2am. This always make my spouse crazy. Many at times my spouse will put my phone on silent and this always embarrasses me in the office. They are like we called you and you did not pick up the call.

May be you should learn. Same things in our Owerri branch office it sometime make me sick. It looks strange whenever you tell someone there you do not speak Igbo.

but yoruba is one of the easiest languages to learn. y dont you try learnig it.

With the way my work is going now, its getting clearer i should leave it asap.

My boss is a kind of person who takes delight in making people expose secrets and weaker sides of other staffs to him. The fact that i'm a Yoruba man makes it difficult for him to maneuver me anyhow. Im always very careful while talking and he would never hear a.... From me. Now, it beams my surprise that other colleagues are not like this, they open their mouth at the slightest whining.
The fact that its impossible to be in isolation at my work makes it very difficult for me to shut most of these cunny people out of my life.

The recent one that happened is the issue of this guy who have made up his mind to bring me down. There was a dat we are just talking about the work and i had to say something like ''even before september, if God should help me, i can leave this work. My God, you guys won't believe this guy told my boss i said im leaving by September. You might be surprised how i knew ( there is this guy who is close to him nd I). He exposed himself to this guy and i got to know. Anyway, i have to play along, but im so tired of this whole game. I need God to interfare in my...... To the extent that my boss travelled recently and i wasn't told. This shows the extent of image damage i'm battling.

is that the company set closing time. or thats the time you finish up your job for the day? if it is your daily task that is making you work late,

lets assume a software or tech company wanted to create a technology or software that will make you perform those tasks faster and also easily. what likely features should the tech,app or software have. Dont hesitate to say anything on your mind even if it seems outrageous or impossible.
