My friend got an offer with a Dental Lab in neighbouring Africa continent as a Marketer.

He was told that after 3Months of working with them, he will be made Staff.

As i speak with you, he is on his 7th Month of service with tthem and they have not said anything about their Offer.

My question now is, Are they riding on him

Are they waiting for him to Initiate/remind them of they knowingly do not want to staff him.

His pay is Just our Minimum Wage and as COMMISION.

Any Advise for him? Because from the look of things they wont Initiate the process as people that have worked there said if he doesn't ask for Increment, they won't act.

The Issue is he wants to do it in a Polite and Matured Manner.

This is the major challenge with most so called white collar jobs in this clime.....
I would suggest that you start first by improving yourself in your chosen Field, there are a lot of trainings online that you can take in your spare time say on your way to work or on your way back from work.

Then you can pursue a change of job. I don't know what line of work you are in, to better help with specific solution.

i will try and make friends with them.if you are friends are they are saying something that concerns u. there is no reason they wouldnt interpret it in english for you to understand.

for a start you should try making friends with the people speaking the language you want to learn.

i am thinking of developing an app and and online course that will make learning and speaking the major languages in nigeria very easy.

if you should suggest some things the app should be able to do,no matter how crazy or impossible it sounds what would you suggest?

Its no longer mentally challenging,and pay is not as early as before.It used to be last or first working day of the month unlike now that its middle of another month.

Where I'm serving is like Guatanamo Maximum Prison...Its the customer care dept of a decoder company and apart from the meagre salary, the working condition is just depressing. You work for 9hrs in a day, with only 45mins for lunch break. You cant use ur phone at all throughout, no Internet, u cant eat anything at ur desk...no health insurance despite the crazy AC...its just too much for a corper
