We all know that ladies get over heart breaks faster than the guys right? I am not gonna argue that but it's true. We kind of heal faster and it's magical

I don't know if this list will apply to guys as well but this is how to get over heart breaks from my personal perspective.

1. Don't make the mistake of removing or blocking him/her from your social media handles : Some people make this mistake thinking that it will help them to get their mind off him/her in which at the end, they will still go ahead to check what's happening in his/her life. Don't do this. Don't show him/her that you are pained. In fact, it's at this stage, you should show him/her you are happy without him/her. I personally hate the type of people that uploads what's happening in their lives on social medias. Upload DPs that shows you are happy even if you are silently crying.

There is a saying that after break up, there comes the race to show the other party that you are happy..

2. Surround yourself with friends: If you are fortunate to have a crazy friend like iamnawty , believe me you won't know or notice that someone is gone. This is the time you need your friends. Don't be alone in the room. Go for a visit, tell your friend what's up. A good friend will open her arms (ladies here because we are emotional) and lend you her shoulder to cry on (I am one).Then you guys need to do something crazy and forget the assholle . I suggest clubbing and hanging out

3.List it out: Yes, list out the things you don't like about him/her. Use the list to encourage and console yourself. Tell yourself this is/are the reason(s) he/she must go . Say NO to BAD Rubbish .


4. MUSICS: This is my favourite . Mehn, listen to it. Any type will do. Blues, hip pop, ragae or even Fuji . Its magical the kind of work that music can do. I love 'love don't last' by ASA and some of my favourite artists.

5. CRY : Yes, baby. Cry it out. Let everything out. Your soul is heavy right now and you can feel better by crying it out. Tears will clean your soul and it will make you feel better. Allow yourself to feel the pain. You can do this with your friends. Don't do it alone. What are friends for if not for inconveniences .

6. Don't go into rebound relationship : No! No!! No!!!. I don't support this . You are gonna regret this later. Don't attempt it. Allow yourself to heal from the first one. It's an experience, learn from it. Making your ex partner jealous is not gonna work . You are only hurting yourself .



7. MOVE ON : Yes baby. We know you are dealing with hell on earth and yes we understand but you have to move on. This is the time you have to be strong for yourself and your friends. Show the world and any body that cares to see that you are a strong lady. Don't let your ex be happy to see you unhappy. Move you baby.
