Any solution that has no long term economic sustainable agenda is just a waste of time. These guys do not just need food. They need skills are relevant in today's world. They need education.
Free meal last is based on mercy. When the giver chooses not to be generous then the servant becomes distressed.
Even with the so called food production programs, the farm harvest will only go in the direction of money first and not mercy. It is still business not charity.
The NE needs education and relevant 21st century skills. It is only then that it can achieve sustainability.Within the right capacity, they will build the region themselves with little help.
Right now, I see no economic blue print for NE.
