I'm just catching up with some things I missed before I joined this forum. I'm amazed with some testimonies here. I just want to add something about tongues. Analice I believe your earlier stances that Satan and his agents cant understand tongues Is actually right. Here are some scriptures to buttress this
Paul writes :"The unspiritual man does not receive the gifts of the Spirit of God, for they are folly to him, and he is not able to understand them because they are spiritually discerned" (1 Corinthians 2:14 RSV). This lack of understanding and discernment would apply all the more to Satan and his demons because they are the total description of carnality.
For he that speaketh in an unknown tongue speaketh not unto men, but unto God: for no man understandeth him; howbeit in the spirit he speaketh mysteries.
1 Corinthians 14:2 KJV
Praying in tongues is speaking mystery and that verses says specifically it's a prayer ONLY TO GOD. if Satan could hear what we are saying, I believe he could easily empower any demon filled man to understand and that verse becomes nullified because man can now hear it.
Now unto another dimension of tongues :
Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.

From that scripture it becomes evident that only "He that searcheth the heart : "GOD" can know what's in the mind of the Spirit when we groan. Satan can't know the mind of the Spirit. I believe the same way only the Spirit searches the deep things of God and we can only have access to them by the helps of the Spirit, (1 Cor 2:8-12) also only God can know the mind of the Spirit. That's why it's a mystery, an encrypted line to the Godhead. So ur earlier standpoint was right.

Love that Bro. Angels, both good ones and fallen ones are not perfect(Job 4:18, 25:5, 15:15) So they cant understand the tongues till it was interpreted by the Spirit.

About ur question, i am hardly a teacher, infact i lack d patience nd tactfulness of a teacher( going line upon line, precept upon precept...) as evident in my posts. Sincerely i really pray for the teaching grace and i envy teachers. I think I fare better in d pastoral.

No ma. The only person who had all the gifts (because the holy spirit was poured on him without measure was Jesus. All others are just given a measure of the spirit/ gifts. That's why apostle Paul said....to some he gave teachers. To others....etc. He never said to some he gave all. We were never to have all of the gifts. I guyess God purposely ensured this so that we can all new each other in one way or the other in humility.

most times its people that learn from you that will notice that you're a good teacher initially and even if u are naturally not a good teacher, if you really study and listen to some like hagin who was a prophet And teacher something will naturally rub on you. It's possible to have all.. Apostle Johnson suleman had a revelation where GOD showed him acts 10:38..How GOD anointed Jesus ..

Suddenly the face of my phone turned into a manuscript with a strange writing. The alphabets were not english, but of an unknown origin. Surprisingly i was able to read and and understand all that is written there-in. The content of this manuscritpt are repulsive. The works of darkness are repulsive in the most profound sense of that word, and we must recognize them as such. My brother who was sitting close to me asked; what is it? I began to explain the content as i've read. It talks about sexual immorality in all of its ramification, Fornication, adultery, homosexuality, bestiality, masturbation, incest, etc, it says the spirit has been poured out and people will, before i could finish the last sentence, unknown to me one of the fella lying at the extreme end of the rug is a demon. With his face downward he said yes, people will do it more than ever before, this he repeated 3 times and immediatly leaped on the other person and began to have sex with him, he grew fangs like a dog, grabbed his neck and began to drain him. On seeing this i held my brother by the hand and we began to run. We ran outside and the demon came after us, we saw the gate of the next house before our own open. We ran inside , but the demon could not enter though the gate was till open. He just stood at the door mouth and was staring at me with anger, i turned and stared back at him. This demon looks exactly like a vampire, just like the ones we see in movies. the Spirit is indeed one, this is almost exactly the dream I had a few weeks ago, I shared it here on this forum on August 13, u can scroll back to check. I heard the LORD speak to me clearly about a massive increase in immorality. To be honest I only shared a scaled down version of that dream with you guys here. What I saw was too putrid, The rapes, the homosexuality, the murders and I saw a date that was deliberately blurred so I wouldn't know it, but I knew the day was very close, very very close, it almost felt like this century but I don't want to speculate on that, at one point I was nearly doubting myself but I knew I didn't pray to see it, neither was I thinking about the last days at that period. I saw the moon vanish, you can scroll back to August 13 on this page and read some of what I shared. IN THE MOUTH OF TWO OR MORE WITNESSES IS A THING CONFIRMED. THE PERILOUS TIMES IS HERE.

I had this interesting dream early Friday morning.
But before I proceed I will like to put some things in context.
1. I had being having a lot of significant dreams lately and occasionally trances. Some I understand and some I don’t. Some downright scary and some lovely, it’s being an eventful time where I have being facing many tough decisions about my calling, career and the lady I am dating. Increasingly everything just looks like I have been walking in my own plans instead of God’s will.
2. On Thursday I had a very hot debate with some atheist and Muslims on my Facebook page. The zeal couldn’t just keep me quiet, and some of then that were my colleagues were probably offended. So I wandering I went too far, or just chill small with my one man Jesus brigade.
3. Then I innocently looked for trouble as I laid in bed, I pray that if God wanted to show me a dream from him this night, it should give me more clarity on some decisions I need to make and I don’t want dreams I forget or the ones I don’t know the interpretation (all the lazy me had in heart was a short cut and final confirmation that I needed to end my relationship with my GF, so I can make one decision first)
4. I woke up around 3 am and tried to do my usual prayers, for a while, I was awake, but this heavy uncontrollable sleep just came, so I tried resisting by praying in tongues eventually I gave up and laid on my bed praying in tongues quietly and that was it.

I said all this to emphasize that I wasn’t thinking anything along the line of what I saw, which could have made me had a soulish dream

What I saw!
I saw myself with an old phone of mine. When I was using the phone, I was a porn addict. I saw myself being drawn (like something was pulling me) to open some porn videos on it. But I was resisting, I opened one and quickly closed meanwhile I was trying to hide what I was doing from my younger sister. Then I got drawn again but this time, I rebuked the urge and shouted NO! THIS IS NOT ME. Immediately I saw myself in an open street, and I heard a voice from above (powerful yet soothing and not scary) and he started giving me a running commentary as he was showing me things to come (somehow I couldn’t remember all he said to me, maybe because of the shock of what I saw and I was too dazed to immediately put pen to paper). One word I did remember was he talked about a MASSIVE INCREASE IN IMMORALITY, I saw on the street a lawless society, a lady and guy were having fun on one corner, some guys were raping another guy on the same street, all sorts of perversion and nobody seemed to care. Then suddenly I saw two sets of army, the brutal army had subdued the other and they lied all the men on the floor as far as my eyes could see, they were buffeting them while some were being executed on the ground as far as my eyes can see. As I looked forward, I saw a DESOLATE WILDERNESS as far as I could see up to to the seashore. It was as if something burnt and destroyed everything. Just black and white sand, nothing living and when I looked up. In a few seconds I SAW THE MOON GOING OFF. It was as if it was being zipped from downwards upwards and the light went off. I didn’t look up long enough to see other things in the sky but it was evident other things were happening.
THEN I SAW ONE INTERESTING PART, I SAW A YEAR WRITTEN ON WHAT LOOKED LIKE A LARGE METAL BOARD AT A DISTANCE, BUT THE YEAR WAS PURPOSELY BLURRED, I STRAINED MY BEST TO SEE IF I COULD GET AN IDEA WHAT YR IT WAS BUT I COULDN’T, BUT I KNEW IT’S NOT FAR This part really irked me and gave me chills.
Next thing I saw was that I woke in my house (but I was actually still dreaming) I saw one of my elder sisters going to open d door, it was Sunday morning and I quickly ran to church where I met my usual evangelism partner and I narrated what I saw and that the part of the board with the year I couldn’t see was worrying but it seems to be about something concerning me instead and not the world. Then he started telling concerning the end times too that people will be obsessed with death and many will commit suicides by influences of demon spirits and some other stuff. Before I eventually woke up and realized I was in my room... lol.

I’ve been pondering on it, to understand and remember more and I want to try what I saw more with the word of God. Because u can never rule out the mind. But some of things are just so vivid particularly the moon disappearing. Recently too, I had a funny dream at night, but I was so overwhelmed I didn’t remember much but I remember the last part was a command to go preach the gospel to all the world. lol.

No ma. The only person who had all the gifts (because the holy spirit was poured on him without measure was Jesus. All others are just given a measure of the spirit/ gifts. That's why apostle Paul said....to some he gave teachers. To others....etc. He never said to some he gave all. We were never to have all of the gifts. I guyess God purposely ensured this so that we can all new each other in one way or the other in humility.

I miss them myself; The thing is, i may be wrong but i think God suspended them for a while taking me thru what you can call a "separation process". That's how i can best describe it; God let me know that for the revelations to "flow", i have to part away from quite a few number of things and make amends in a few areas in my life:

I am naturally a procrastinator and quite lazy too, even to pray sometimes, yes and i'm truly sorry ; dad was another procrastinator; we are always like "later, some other time, tomorrow, we'll see" [/i]i'm sure i would be farther than this if i just could just put in more effort; Dunno, just a feeling of tiredness and heaviness; Is it natural or not, don't know; i got back to fitness and i must say i feel more energized, even if i know i still got some way to go.

Sorry for the digression; just to let you know where i come from.

Today this morning, while i was [i]"trying to pray", God put this procrastination thing in my mind and He just prompted me like "Today, not Monday, today , you will finish all the work you've been putting aside and you will send it to your boss; like today." And boss is on holiday o. Does God understand that one? . I finally finished paying some colleagues the money i owed them yesterday ; And it was not even much o! I would have done it since .But the laziness to do it...
If God does not literally pressure me or put me under a tough situation where i have no choice, i would just sit there and watch Him. Yeah i know

Another reason for the supension of the revelations: Distractions. Unhealthy distractions for that matter;
I don't just know...i got someone to download "Empire Season 2" The thing even makes me laugh now.
I spent the weekend watching a show that glorifies viciousness, dysfunction ,portraying unnatural scenes in the crudest way I felt disguisted at one point but i kept on watching. At one point i stopped towards the 4th episode...and that is where my problems started. God let me understand all these "Empire" images were packed in my subconscious and it made it difficult to Him to "work";

I even felt like "but if You're not allowing Me to watch/read this or that..how am i going to be informed about what's going on out there?"

Answer from our dear Creator :" So in your mind....Empire is information, abi?" I'm really laughing hard here That answer just finished me. He assured me He will guide Me on how to go about it so that i won't be behind "the latest information". But on His terms.

Something tells me that even "Power" sef, eh... it would be a thing of the past very soon

Looks like God wants to set a kind of timetable for me to follow; With everything being done in due time and due season and in order.
Let me adjust and maybe the reveations will come back....

Honestly for some reason it was purposely blurred, I did see a 2*** as I strained, my closest guesstimate was 2047 but as I didn't exactly know what it was about and I didn't want to run to error. I didn't share tthat part. I don't usually operate revelational gifts of the Holy Spirit but recently I have had a spike in trances and meaningful dreams. I believe the cooperate anointing plus education from this forum is a contributory factor. As for the number I didn't see clearly, my closest assumption will be 2047 . Does 2047 ring a bell as a code?
The funny thing is both dreams started from phone, had almost the same message. If you didn't share yours I won't have had a more firm conviction that the revelation was from GOD.

I disagree with You Sis Analice on this one above. Have you read the book of Daniel chapt 10 where Daniels prayer was blocked by the Prince of Persia which is the Devil for 21 days? It took the intervention of Jesus(Michael) to overcome the Devil so that Daniels prayer can be answered.....Also Rev 12 vs 9 and 10 says more cos Satan can block our prayers as Christians cos everyday He always complains about us to God thats why in vs 10 Satan was cast out so that the prayers of the Saints can get to God.....Satan has powers to block prayers thats why as Christians we need to pray regularly and do WARFARE AGANIST ANY SATANIC MANIPULATION OF OUR PRAYER......Shalom

Looks like when God wants to make Me feel stupid or wants to show me the foolishness of an action or a situation, He speaks to me with an igbo accent. And it works all the time!!

Still at the office...someone was miming a rap twerk/song, me too i got curious and went to listen to it. AT ONCE , something prompted me in my heart to stop listening IMMEDIATELY. I closed the Youtube window at once.
Nothing happened.
The next day, in the evening, when i was reading my Bible i heard that "Osuofia" voice:

"So... I pretend toh be absent for a few days and these are the things you are doing, eh?"

I didn't respond ; I could just thank my stars that i obeyed the order to stop listening.

Then the voice softened and the tone too changed " Look, i am with you always, even when you do not feel Me, even when i seem absent, I am never far away"

Please be careful of voices.

Beloved, believe not every spirit but try the spirits whether they are of God for many false propheta are gone out into the world.

The Holy Spirit does not speak of Himself but testifies of Jesus.

Please be careful, first the enemy tries to gain familiarity then gradually begins to lead astray.

Take time to think on the Word, you will easily spot the false.

Not just the letters but also the patterns of behaviour and relationship found in the writings and experiences of God's saints (the Bible).

Ask for proof of two or three witnesses (2cor 13) for every voice.
