the university is usually a pilot study for those students involved in university politics. Now that he faces reification there are chances that he'll want to enter full time politics
afterall he has gained experience about Nigerian politics. Moreover it's NOT every student that goes to the university thay come out with certificate. Some come out without certificate but with political experience, expertise and exposure. Many of this politicians how many of them have degrees.Some don't have university degrees but have more skills and intelligence in politics than even graduates of political science who just have book experience or theoretical experience. If he signed the indemnity form then he should know better..am a graduate of urban n regional planning unilag..and out of the five depts under Environment,building is the worst..

This is nonesense happens in every citadel of learning,the management does not even give the student any oppurtunity to talk or protest peaceful.But what suprises is when the academic unions are ready to talk and talk without anyone disturbing them,i dont mind blame them though because their sons and daugthers attend schools outside the university or most times outside the country..the intimidation from an primary school drop-out security really pisses and i was very close to hitting one of them across the face that fateful day.let me not forget how my friend who was the sug president in my school then was prevented from going for his service just because of a peaceful protest,i have come to a conclusion that no matter how they try to bring us down law of karma will surely catch up with them one day. Imagine the way they protested for mere chicken, but cnt help in securing infrastructure for learning.

This are people that are educated, have different degrees from different Uni home and abroad.
They are people that should be looked up to in d society yet u'll see them struggling for national cake.

many of this Nigerian academician don't like criticisms especially from those they perceive as academically lower them.they have This funny ideas about themselves that they know it all and can't even learn from anybody.

They don't know the difference between constructive and destructive criticism. They think every criticism is negative and so they see student criticism as the height of disrespect.
