This is wrong, he is only HIV positive and d oes not have AIDS he can still continue with his career. This is discrimination against people living with HIV. If he was an Arsenal or chelsea player as long as he keep scoring goals no wahala with HIV. Even na ebola the goals are more important.

Sacking him and publicising his health status will even kill the guy befr the AIDS kills him. It shouldnt have been made public. They should av discussed that with him privately and if the player likes he should make it public himself. The guy can sue the club for tarnishing of his image, personality and discrimination.

Too bad!
If he knew he is positive then he should have intimidated them before hand. Allowing them to find out on their own would definitely not have served him right.
It's a pity. But this looks like career and game over for him.
No player will want to risk playing with a known hiv positive person for fear of cuts during play.

When a club, school, work place or any legal institution conduct Medicals for a prospective player/student/employee, whatever result you get is between you and that person.

You have violated the person's privacy when you make it public. If you're not gonna employ him anymore then you simply turn him down.

They are not even supposed to sign him into the club until the results of the test comes out. That guy must have celebrated and told people both home and abroad, only for him to be disgraced like this.

It's very unethical for the football club.

It's very funny when you say lawyers are after people's money. Do you expect them to defend a client for free?
