It's only one mosque in each hall of residence but the radical ones have become something else ... They lay down laws & are running a parallel government. THEY ARE LAWS UNTO THEMSELVES...

Their missteps are too numerous to count, they tell other students what movies to watch, when not to scream so as not to disturb the "wives" & kids they carved out a corner of the mosque for as residence.

One time, the school authority took steps to stop the females ( their wives) that cover their faces from writing exams since they couldn't ascertain the identity of these people.. They declared Jihad on the school, and made everywhere hostile till they got the school to back down.

What's annoying is that these females didn't submit passports with covered faces... Hypocrisy!!

No matter how you try to tolerate the Muslim religion they keep disappointing you. Every day of my life I try not to cross the path of a Muslim because tolerance is not in their way. I always let them win because I Love my life. I saw a movie "The stonning of Soraya" and it still got me thinking.

It's unfortunate we've been made to live with them in this country . But one thing I know for sure is that OAU Great Ife is a Christianitized institution and any attempt to islamize will always be dead on arrival.

I support the closure of every religious groups operating in halls of residence. The way they (both Muslims and Christians especially Muslims) disturb the peace of the halls with their morning cries blasting so loud through the 'Ahuja' loudspeakers, you will run mad especially if you are the type the likes studying very early in the morning.
