Do NOT be decieved. Many of the boys here are very sharp and intelligent, but they will deliberately NEVER agree anything bad about the club...which is why you need thick skin to troll them into something close to acceptance or submission.

Of course, there are one or two that fit the category you described there... grin grin
Thick skin...so eventually it's all about trolling utd and not stating the facts.. I blame everybody including myself who responded to what you two dunderheads brought here. You guys should go learn how to troll. You are jobless noisemakers.

Intimidating....or asking for favour? grin

PDP yawnited. You sef know whatsup...
Is it not deceitful that you are removing the part where the ref said the pitch was waterlogged hence why Ferguson told him to call it off? Then again, did the ref call it off? Why can't you show us the favor that the ref granted him. I'm still looking for it.

While finding the favor for us, tell us why a ref refused to give a clear PK that even his wife saw clearly, o ye conspiracy theorist. I didn't see you complaining of the opposition bribing the ref not to give us the PK.

Maybe you don't remember, but Jose Mourinho was actually talking about what he saw. He saw rijkaard following Firsk into the tunnel to talk to him, and then he mentioned it in his press conference. What some crazy fans decided to do is of no consequence to this discussions as fans will be fans. We all saw the balaclava clad fans that went to look for Rooney when he was asking for a new contract. I'm not sure how the conduct of a few deranged fans is relevant to a discussion about Ferguson's undue influence on referees.

Me and you be paddies, but I'm not going to get involved in a raumdeuter style bait and switch.
How does Mourinho saying Rijkaard followed Firsk to talk to him actually equates to Rijkaard bribing Firsk as Mourinho was insinuating? So he followed him and it means Rijkaard is guilty? And how come it's only Mourinho that saw it and no-one else? I'm not sure how a deranged rants of Mourinho is relevant in finding Firsk guilty of corruption.

Me and my paddies won't get involved in Kokaneprodigy/Nihilist style bait and switch too.

Completely irrelevant again...Are we discussing crazy fans, or are we discussing mangers having direct undue influence on referees. Ferguson was PDP. The guy frustrated benitez so much that he came crying with the facts. I expect a factual rebuttal from you, not a post clearly designed to gather likes....

You can do better sinizia. I go wait....

Meanwhile, check out the cries of the only man bold enough to stand up to the then godfather of EPL....

Rafa, take it away... grin
Comepletely irrelevant too, are we going to take the rants of haters as facts against hard evidence? Chelshit fans and Mourinho frustrated and sacked two high class refs before they could win the UCI. That's corruption if you ask me.

Meanwhile check out the cries of the MULTITUDES [unlike the one example you could give against SAF] that were bold enough to castigated Mourinho and his killer squad Chelshit fans. . .

Blatter, Firsk and the whole world, take it away. . . grin grin

Mourinho accused as Frisk quits
Uefa has branded Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho "the enemy of football" as they asked referee Anders Frisk to reconsider his decision to retire.
Mourinho criticised his display against Barcelona in the Champions League.
Frisk quit after receiving death threats, and Uefa referees' committee chairman Volker Roth accused Mourinho.
He said: "We can't accept that one of our best referees has been forced to quit because of this. People like Mourinho are the enemy of football."
Frisk walked away from football on Saturday after officiating for 16 years but Uefa communications director William Gaillard says the body wants him to change his mind.
"Our first reaction was of solidarity and compassion," said Gaillard.
"Uefa have been in contact with Anders to try to convince him to come back to refereeing because we need people of his calibre and quality."
Mourinho accused Frisk of talking to Barcelona manager Frank Rijkaard at half-time during Chelsea's Champions League last-16 first-leg.
Roth even hinted that referees could strike over the treatment of Frisk.
"We cannot just do nothing. There will be a demonstration of solidarity among the referees as you have never seen before," he told the German newspaper Bild.
"I am really no friend of strikes but we must consider measures.
"It's the coaches who whip up the masses and actually make them threaten people with death."
Uefa had previously told Mourinho to stop "casting doubt on the honesty of Anders Frisk, who is an outstanding referee".
The Chelsea boss also incurred the wrath of Uefa for saying he expected Italian referee Pierluigi Collina to be handed the second leg against Barcelona, which his team won to progress to the quarter-finals.
Collina was then given that game, but Mourinho was ticked off for publicly anticipating the appointment.
Urs Meier, who received threats following his controversial decisions in England's quarter-final against Portugal at the European Championships last summer, has called for governing bodies to take action against those who "undermine" officials.
He said: "They have to do something, otherwise more and more referees will be forced out of the game.
"They have a duty to make some hard decisions against associations, clubs, managers and whoever undermines referees."
Fifa president Sepp Blatter also registered his disgust at such treatment.
"I am appalled by the verbal attacks directed at referees," he said. "It is often such extreme behavior that sparks off trouble among supporters.
"I strongly urge everyone concerned to show respect towards referees and demonstrate fair play.
"Anyone who attacks a referee, attacks the football environment in which he lives."
Former referee Jeff Winter, speaking on BBC Radio Five Live, was critical of Mourinho.
He said: "We have had instances lately, and on this occasion it is Mourinho's name that appears again, that on the few occasions Chelsea lose a football match there is a conspiracy theory - it is the referee's fault.
"A referee may get a decision wrong in 90 minutes, but he's not to blame for everything.
"Then is seems to gather pace with newspapers and television, and when a person's family life is affected or he feels threatened, refereeing a football

The fact that Dermot Gallagher didn't acquiesce Ferguson, does not negate the fact that Ferguson asked for the favour .

Other people did do him favours though. Same Mark Halsey that brought up the Aguero gate row, regularly texted Ferguson and even attended dinner at Ferguson's house as a ref.
And of course nobody can forget Howard Webb.

I don't know what you're trying to deny when even Ferguson admitted that he used to unduly influence referees.

"'The fourth official (against Swansea) on Sunday showed me the board and it said eight minutes. I said, “think again!” - Alex PDP Ferguson.

When even David Moyes was questioning whether Mike Riley was a united fan, you know whats up!

Wow!! So you've learned the art of dodging, and you're blaming Raumdeuter of evading questions. So you couldn't show the favor or agree that the opposition bribed the ref to deny us a PK? Instead you are quoting of events that Mark Halsey attended. Maybe Halsey had leprosy and is banned from attending occasions.

Whether the penalty was awarded or not was irrelevant. The Ref didn't think it was pen and clearly even Ferguson wasn't concerned about it.The point is why do you have a manager trying to call off a game 'in game'? Why is the manager then asking for extra time 'in game'? Did Nihilist coin the term 'Fergie Time'? grin

@Diademk07, you claimed LvG would have gotten Kante if he was still here but from the link below you can see Jose wanted him. So he preferred Conte.
http://www.skysports.com/football/news/11095/10562045/n8217golo-kante-reveals-man-utd-attempted-to-sign-him-prior-to-chelsea-move
Read the interview na!

Kante mentioned that he was considering moving to Chelsea or staying at Leicester at the time Mourinho came calling. What does this mean?

Mourinho came calling only when Chelsea came in for him after the euros. Let's not forget Kante was waiting for Arsenal to bid for him before and during the Euros. It was only when the Foolish Arsenal club ignored him that he shifted his attention somewhere else. He was even considering staying until Chelsea came for him.

One thing I'm not going to forget about Mourinho if I forget anything else is his sneaky move. Pogba was always his first choice as shown by how he chased him throughout the Euros but as soon as he noticed that Chelsea wanted Kante, he tried to make move for him as well because even though Kante isn't his first choice, he didn't want another top club to be strengthened by quality players. The same thing happened with Fabregas, Pedro, Mikel et al.

Prior to the season end, Kante was on our book. Even the paper talked about how Van gaal would assess Kante when we get to play Leicester at old trafford because he wanted Kante in the summer. I'm quite sure even if Kante snubbed us for Arsenal at first, we would have got him as soon as Arsenal move stalled because we would have been his second choice.

LOL!! United is the PDP of EPL. United is the Don Corleone of English football. United have bribed their way to the top. United might be running drug cartels and the police are keeping mute. And after all these imaginary evidence, United are still competing, raking in the cheddahs, and shockingly no sanctions have been handed out to them.

But Blatter, the ex-FIFA president was sanctioned.
Platini booted out alongside Blatter for corruption.
Juve relegated and titles stripped from them for corruption.
AC Milan had points deducted from them for corruption.
While SAF was bribing his way to numerous titles, Bayern board members and Barca players were being acquitted for fraud. Yet, Ferguson of United keeps escaping. Even to the point he chairs the meeting of all top European coaches!!

Wow!! Just wow!! I never knew my club was this great and powerful that we can commit football murders and walk away free. All hail United the only corrupt club that can't be touched.

You know two distinct traits of haters? - they suffer from nauseating hypocrisy and chronic amnesia. I don't need to post any link or YouTube video to prove these traits.

Someone help me out please, I'm too old to remember these occurences:

Which useless team, with their mouthy manager as of then, Mourinho, and rabid fans, threatened Anders Firsk into retirement simply coz they couldn't bribe their way like United does, just so they would win Barca? grin grin Did they get sanctioned for it? grin

E never finish o. Please which team and their toutish pathetic fans did Norwegian referee, Henning Ovrebo, complained bitterly about, that they were sending him DEATH THREATS AND PLANNING TO KILL HIM FOUR MONTHS AFTER THEY MADE HIM RETIRE? AGAIN, SAME CLUB MADE A refree RETIRE JUST SO THEY COULD WIN BARCELONA. grin grin grin

Once, is mistake, but twice? Against same Barca team? The same fans? The same club players that Ibrahimovic called bunch of babies in diapers for influencing a referee's decision right there on the pitch in our very own eyes? And the fact that after these two refrees were sought to be killed by the blood letting murderous toutish fan of this uber useless club from England, they later eliminated Barca on their way to the UCI title tells me something is fishy. Popular opinions abound that this team finally succeeded against Barca coz the ref. . . Well, you can connect the dots to know the rest. grin grin

In case you are seeking for the answer. . .

You don't determine what's relevant or not. If you deem it irrelevant, then SAF's asking for a favor is irrelevant too coz it's a legit complaint and requires no sanction which was why SAF will never be queried coz of it.

Then again, you see the hypocrisy in your post? You said that the ref didn't think it's a PK even though it's one, then my question is, why are supporting the gayner rabblerouser? After all, Kokaneprodigy's rants were premised on the fact that the ref is LYING about not seeing the Aguero's incident. So by supporting him, you're contradicting yourself and exposing your salient reason for this rancor here, coz on one hand, you're taking a ref's word as the truth, then when you found out the ref's word favors United in this Aguero incident, like Kokaneprodigy, you're discrediting his own words. Stop flip-flopping, choose one stance and be a man and stand by it. tongue

You thought you could swing the argument to your favor by using your stale tricks of cherrypicking words out of context. Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you the real reason behind Halsey's call to SAF. And guess who was the retard_ behind it? You guessed right - our very own Mikel SLOW-obi staying true to the toutish nature that Shekpe KILLERSQUAD FC players and fans truly are, and threatening Clattenburg, a ref. grin grin The embolden is particularly interesting. Don't y'all think? grin grin

the 2012-13 campaign, has, in his book 'Added Time', claimed to have had a good relationship with Ferguson.

The ex-official has revealed how he contacted Ferguson to ask the Scot to support referee Mark Clattenburg, amid allegations that he had racially abused Chelsea's John Obi Mikel -- of which he was ultimately cleared.

In The Sun on Sunday, Halsey also alleged that Mikel said "I'm going to break your legs" to Clattenburg, and the threat led to referees considering a strike.

The Daily Mirror quotes Halsey as writing in his book: "I took matters in my own hands and rang Sir Alex asking him to speak out.

"He agreed and used his Friday press conference to say he could not conceive of Mark saying such things. It helped the situation a great deal.

"It took time to gain Sir Alex Ferguson's respect but in the end we had a very good relationship.

"One thing should be made clear about my relationship with Sir Alex. I may have spoken to him a lot and shared texts but he knew when I crossed that white line there were no favours.

"Players and managers would not respect you if you gave decisions based on friendship."

But the Professional Game Match Officials Limited, which provides match officials for all Professional Football matches played in England, has warned referees against such behaviour.

A spokesman said: "At the beginning of the season all our referees were reminded of the importance of adhering to the PGMOL protocols.

"This covers a number of issues, including making direct contact with managers and players, which for integrity reasons is prohibited.

"Any new publicity will only heighten awareness of adhering to these important PGMOL guidelines."
